Though I love being able to access my accounts, MyCFCU leaves a lot to be desired. It’s like an app that looks like it was designed by a high schooler: basic and slow. My main bank account is with Wells Fargo and their app is so much better, quicker and much more user friendly. Thankfully this is my secondary banking institution because it’s my employers credit union. Love the credit union, hate MyCFCU .

Before I was able to choose from which account I wanted to pay my bill from but now I can’t. So now I have to constantly transfer money before paying my bill which makes it inconvenient. Hope they fix that.

After so many years of a plain app it finally got an update. So far I’m liking except….. I can have the facial recognition to open it up. I can’t find where to add that feature 😫

Thanks for making it so user friendly. I have used it for many years and will continue to for many more.

The Certified Federal mobile app allows me to do everything I need or want quickly and easily. Very nice to use.

Always helpful and willing to go out of their way that’s why I recommend them and have been with them for over 25 years.

It just seems that every time I turn around the Credit Union is there ready to help, even when I don’t ask for it. No judgements , just lots of compassion , patience and love. Thank you all ❤️

Many times when I deposit a check, it says the amount I enter does not match the check. It does! Have to try over and over. It eventually works.

I have been with VFCU since 1997 and will stay with them till the Good Lord takes me home. I have never had any issues with them in any of my loans. At one time someone got my credit card and made a purchase when I brought this to their attention with just a few steps they put the money back in my account. I’m very pleased with them and their customer service.

I have been using MyCFCU for years and it has been the best around. I love MyCFCU for multiple reasons. If you’re on the fence about MyCFCU, take my testimony as a shove over the fence to get it. MyCFCU allows me to have multiple accounts so that I can separate my money from each other. It’s like a virtual wallet!!!

Love using MyCFCU to do quick transfer, check on my balance and balance history. Makes life a little bit easier.

I’m visiting my family in Guadalajara, went to celebrate my father’s birthday and I needed to make a transfer from my savings account to my checking account to pay the bill at the restaurant, MyCFCU worked excellent

I like that I am able to get access to my account quick and easy. I can troubleshoot without having to call the bank for most simple cases.

App constantly crashes and sometimes refuses to work on sign in! Needs improvement, it’s ridiculous! I have been using it for years and it just continues to be worse.

Just when you deposit a check it takes long it doesn’t get it at the first time and it’s frustrating

Used app for several years and have no problems depositing from home or transferring from anywhere. Simple, straightforward app with no problems whatsoever. Easy access to all accounts. I couldn’t ask for more.

Love MyCFCU ! So easy to maneuver through! But there is just one thing missing... And that is the ability to view and redeem my rewards! I currently have two different bank accounts. The other app allows me to use my rewards towards my balance! Extremely cool......

I can do most everything on my phone. Vons CU is the best. Plus they usually get my direct deposit posted a day earlier than most!
