I’m amazed how many reviews do not realize they’re supposed to be reviewing the app not the store. Love the store this app is a total disgrace. 1) visually it is challenging because people are using their cell phones it should not be so cluttered. The developer is obviously trying to make it artistic but that doesn’t help when you are using a cell phone. 2) The app is in capable of logging you in correctly. One minute you have an account the next minute it seems to want to make you register all over again. 3) The app keeps asking you to sign up for the ultimate reward program. But then it tells you that the ultimate reward program is not available in your area. 4) it seems like every other page is a captcha 5) it can not recall my my location & reset me to 3 States away 6) why can’t it use fingerprint ID? Since I can’t look things up on the app I will just go to Aldi instead! 😡

I have had the app for awhile and used it to compile my list of food I wanted to pick up myself. Finally used it for curb side pickup and it was a dreadful experience. Easy enough to order but it turns out the shopper in the store has a different version. My order for 7 bananas turns into 7 bunches of bananas. Which we don’t find out until we’re home. Order filled on time but the button for we’re outside at the curb doesn’t work. Going into the store they have to find the person that does your order that took five minutes or more. Then another five minutes to get it to your car. Only upside they refunded some of my banana money because they did charge for 7 bunches of bananas. Would not use again.

Love the store, hate this app. Every single time I try to login, it says invalid password. However, if I go to the website, I can login woth no problem. That means my login id (email) and password are fine. I tried resetting my password through the link on the app, but I don’t get the email I am supposed to respond to. I DO get regular email from The Fresh Market multiple times a week, so I know my email works for The Fresh Market. There is no “contact us” on the app for app specific concerns.
