Outdated needs major improvements
There was absolutely nothing wrong with Busey , so why decide to do an update?? This new one is not nearly as user friendly, the format is terrible compared to what it was, and I can’t see any reason why this app would think it was necessary to change it. Clearly nobody has ever heard of the old saying!
I was checking my bank out and all of a sudden all my information is wiped and I remember the login but still nothing I’m really getting tired of this please fix this issue or take the application of the play store and App Store.
Forced into a new app, took me 30 minutes to get in because it demanded I change my password. Finally get in and it's all negative space and no dark mode. Cool. Website, same garbage. Thanks for the downgrade, this app
I downloaded Busey 15 min ago and I’m still not even into my account yet. I had an emergency where I needed access to my money and I was told “this version is no longer supported”
Sent the new update, I cannot sign into the new Mobile app or the old one. I can’t even sign in online now. Something needs to be fixed and quick.
The new apps UI design is terrible, it looks dated and the navigation is clunky. A lot of the landing pages don’t have back buttons. The old app had a better user experience and a more modern design, this new one looks like an AI bot designed it. I know they needed an app to consolidate all their banking options, but this one really missed the mark.
Why create a whole new app, and lock me out of even viewing my actual balance for 4 days, just to have a new app that barely works?
I contacted this bank 3 times about not being able to use Zelle and I still can’t use it. Now I have to pay a fee to another bank because I CANNOT send money with Zelle.
What a horrible idea to update a perfectly working app to add some features most people won’t even look at.
The new app is horrible! Super slow, glitchy, AND doesn’t even show you your account balance… I’m at a loss for words… a bank app that doesn’t show me my account balance first thing… WHY!?
I know Busey is the new main source of banking for this app, and I know it will have bugs and features added later. One of those features needs to be a dark mode. The black text in all white backgrounds is just so painful to look at. Please this app bring back dark mode
The previous app was a lot more visually appealing and smooth to operate.

A great review for an app is when it does what it supposed to do. The this app Wallet does what it’s supposed to do easily.
I LOVE this app bank. The customer service is excellent. If you still need help you can call, and that Midwestern charm will show you the way.
