I cancelled my subscription before thevtrail date was over. My account shows cancelled yet you charged me for annual fee. This is unacceptable. I want charge reversed today. Or I will go on every GLP-1 website and tell everyone not to use your app because of mine and several others being charged after cancellation.
I cancelled this subscription immediately after looking over the app However I was charged for it!!! Please refund my money and cancel this subscription if you don’t show it already cancelled!! Very disappointed with your company

A little disappointed

I was really hoping to have a better experience with this app. I’m three weeks into my GLP one and I thought this would be an effective tool to help me out. I can’t change my shot day. I can’t add a photo.. I thought maybe subscribing to the app would help but nothing changed after I actually paid cash for it. The app keeps telling me and it’s frozen up on me to where I had to restart my phone. I have great Internet and I do not have an old phone. Looks like I’ll be just deleting the app and getting of the auto payment.
No free trial, that’s frustrating

When I was reading about this app, I seemed really excited for it, it sounds like a really useful tool that it could be really helpful for me on my GLP-1 journey. Super disappointed to get all the way through the set up process to find out that there’s no free trial like with most of these apps that I have found in the past. I’m a teacher and a single parent so I can’t afford to drop 50 bucks on an app without first being able to see if it’s going to help me or not. that’s pretty disappointing.
Only works on 1 device instead on both my iPad and iPhone

I like the app and the capybara widget is adorable. Please add a log in option so people can use it on both their iPhone and iPad seamlessly. I initially added it to my iPad and it’s frustrating that it doesn’t sync with my iPhone. Since my iPhone is always with me and my iPad remans at home, I am not getting the full benefits of my subscription because I have to wait until I get home to log food, water, steps, etc. Makes it way too easy to forget something and the subscription should allow people to be able to use it on both devices. Please consider adding this option. Would have given 5 stars had this been available.
