Actually a HUGE downgrade

This app is absolutely atrocious, first of all, they got rid of multi booking, it is sooo much slower to book and it’s starting to not even give you the chance to go on the micro if there is a nearby normal metro bus. This is such a terrible app. I can’t handle it, there is no more time frame, it just says specific times now, and we all know how accurate that’s going to be, Not accurate at all. I just had to make a statement on how bad this new app is. I’ve been using this service since 2021 consistently and yet it just keeps getting worse, specifically the app.

I used metro micro to get home and go to work everyday, when they came out with this new app I thought they made the process easier or even got a better navigation system for their drivers but no, that’s not the case we got a broken app that doesn’t even allow you to book a ride. I’ve been trying to work with this app for the past couple hours and still no luck. I hope you fix this as soon as possible very disappointed

This is possibly the worst
"update" I have ever seen. It is so difficult to book rides with the new time frame they give. Before I would ensure myself a ride by scheduling. Now, the scheduling window is almost a whole hour? I used to use micro everyday now I can't even get one ride. Ride time frame extended multiple times. The old app had issues but this unbelievable.
