Contact LA Metro and Bus Support

I've tried different apps to track the public service offered in the great Los Angeles, since we already know it's petty and this app has disappointed like every other. The only good thing about this app is that like religion: it gives you hope. Because you see a bus coming in 10 minuscule in the app but it actually takes like 40 to an hour for that bus to actually show up. And don't even try taking public transportation on holidays because the service and the app are like Donald Trump's promises: all BS. So do yourself a favor and save for a clunker from point A to point B because public transportation in LA is practically non existent.

I expected so much more. One of the key things for making a transit system work is making it easy for people. This app does very little to encourage people to ride. The bus and Metro sections are completely isolated from each other, as if you wouldn't want to see how to transfer from one to the other. This app sorely needs a route planner with an integrated price calculator for the journey you want to take. Maybe the option to buy a monthly bus pass? They have all this information at their disposal, so why not put it all in there? Basically this app is a big list of missed opportunities. Hopefully the next updates will include some more useful features.

The search function is worthless. You basically need to know the bus number to find info - isn’t that the purpose of a search?!? Google maps does a better job and it’s one less app to clutter up your phone - because this apps chief function is to take up memory.
