this app Arrangements has delivered the worst online experience I’ve had in a long history of internet shopping. First, I entered major difficulty moving my purchase selections to the shopping cart. Second, Edible refused to process 3 credit cards I use on a daily basis, citing “incomplete” information. In each instance I had accurately entered all items requested. Ultimately I was unable to do business with this app Arrangements and will not seek to do so again. Based on most recent customer reviews, my experience was far from unique. Looks like a golden opportunity for some competent competition.

A much more confusing layout. Plus it won’t let me access any of my rewards points from the previous app, which weren’t supposed to expire until well after this year.

Hard to find what I am looking for. Edibles forcing people to use Edible . It’s the only way to see reward but my birthday reward not there

I cannot see my rewards. On the previous app I had no issues. PLEASE FIX THIS. IT’S VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I tried to order my mom a Mother’s Day gift from here and it took the thing FOREVER just to load it into the cart and I’m not even exaggerating

this app Arrangements must have employed a daft 9-year old to develop their app, and it worked: they’ve delivered the worst App known to man. Among other problems, there is no way to know what store carries which arrangements, so you have to input all of your information each and every time you click on an arrangement to see if any store near you carries it. And it seems the stores carry very few items. I wasted an hour looking for a gift and gave up.

There are items that say eligible for one hour delivery, but when you go to select the date and time it is unavailable for almost every product that is labeled with one hour delivery

Will not allow me to delete my account.

I can no longer edit an order where I can create my own mix of fruit. Very confusing navigation and difficult to find what I’m looking to purchase. I can’t believe someone approved Edible for use. This is going to cost this app a sale from me.

Downloaded the updated app and the interface is slow, everything appears really big and text is over other text. Cannot select a contact that is in my addresses because when I do it doesn’t populate and I feel like there is a confirm button or something but I cannot see it.

I always use my phone for everything and Edible makes ordering so much easier. It’s fast, organized, and checkout is a breeze. Love the delivery updates!

This new app is awesome! Loving the rewards program!
