How to fix Reins app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reins app on iPhone
Update Reins app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reins iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reins on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reins network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Reins Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Reins not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reins App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reins » click [Force Stop]

Update Reins to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reins App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reins » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reins.

Fix Reins unable to contact server/ Reins internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reins » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reins » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
