How to fix Chatium app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chatium app on iPhone
Update Chatium app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chatium iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chatium on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chatium network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chatium Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chatium not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chatium App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chatium » click [Force Stop]

Update Chatium to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chatium App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chatium » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chatium.

Fix Chatium unable to contact server/ Chatium internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chatium » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chatium » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
