How to fix Margins app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Margins app on iPhone
Update Margins app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Margins iPhone app

To resolve Margins network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Margins app issues:

Force Stop the Margins App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Margins app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Margins to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Margins App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Margins app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Margins.

Fix Margins unable to contact server/ Margins internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Margins » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Margins » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Margins on android.
