Digital secure Dashboard is nothing but a blank screen.

Doesn't seem like my digital secure is working correctly. Keeps saying that there is a virus definition found,doesn't say what it is,haven't seen any notifications.And when i'm on google,have a verizon data plan,can't find correct searches and every main word or words I search has lines crossed out through it with word"missing" and sometimes the word "include" with only one of the words of a search that I may be searching. Hope you can help.
Digital secure keeps turning off
My digital secure won't turn on.
My web security shuts off without any reason

When I try to turn the tsp off button it continues to buffer and doesn't turn from off to on.
I have a payed plan for this service, my phone was restored to factory settings. I can't get my total account to open can't put in emails to be protected not getting the full plan

It works great the first time on a Wi-Fi but then it prevents me from connecting in the future. I even tried making the public Wi-Fi trusted and it doesn’t work.
The VPN hasn't connected on 6 mo. Just spins.
