it works good but if they can add more features it’ll be awesome
I’m using my BDO APP here in the USA and I loved it. I was able to see my 10 prior transactions (hope I can see more though), easy to log in, balance inquiry, transfer funds and buy prepaid load, and it’s so convenient to use and make my banking easier for me. The one thing that I have a bit of trouble with, is when they want me to update my online password because I have to log in to my online banking which is really a hassle sometimes. other than that I LOved it!!!

Finally working properly!
Wow, it was a long time coming but it seems that all the issues I’ve had with their old app have been fixed! Alleluia! Now works with iOS 14, Instapay transfers no longer have the P100 charge (even if it was already waived if you used their web site), using existing transfer templates no longer asks for even more information, etc. All around a great update. Thank you!

No copy and paste function, hard to use for online payments.
The reason you want a mobile app is so you can do online payments and transfers without having to go to the bank. But what good is that if you can’t copy and paste account numbers and payment amounts from another app and paste it here? The functionality is just not there. Did the people who made this app totally forget about copy and paste? They expect you to type it manually which for the life of me I don’t understand why—it’s so prone to errors! It’s a major hurdle for me, and for those who do a lot of online payments. You can’t make a transfer fast and have to put it off until there’s absolutely no distractions kasi baka magkamali. It’s very simple to add this function, i hope it can be done!
