How to fix Ditto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ditto app on iPhone
Update Ditto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ditto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ditto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ditto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ditto Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ditto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ditto App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ditto » click [Force Stop]

Update Ditto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ditto App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ditto » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ditto.

Fix Ditto unable to contact server/ Ditto internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ditto » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ditto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ditto
