How to fix snoww app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the snoww app on iPhone
Update snoww app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall snoww iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix snoww on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve snoww network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

snoww Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix snoww not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the snoww App
1. On android, goto Settings » snoww » click [Force Stop]

Update snoww to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear snoww App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » snoww » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart snoww.

Fix snoww unable to contact server/ snoww internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click snoww » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto snoww » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch snoww
