Both my wife and I are having the same issue with JuiceByMCB when we are abroad. We have the latest version of JuiceByMCB but everytime we are abroad and try to use JuiceByMCB it request us to update. When we hit update it goes back to open and when you hit open it bring you back to the update page. We are stuck in this loop forever. The funny part is once we are back in Mauritius, we can use JuiceByMCB without any issue and we don’t have to update it.

JuiceByMCB in itself is quiet disappointing. It chooses when to work and when not to. It requires unnecessary updates and not not always open.

The idea is there, but there are so much more to wish for.

1. What is it with all these fees? Internet Banking is made to be convenient and cheaper! This one is loaded with transaction fees in a way to push away potential users.

2. JuiceByMCB does not allow a conventional way to transfer money to another user by using account number. The beneficiary must also be a user of Juice (mobile no or email add) to receive any money. How will the remitter know if that's the case or not?

3. Merchant payment. With credit cards, it's the merchant who pay the fees. With Juice, it's the user who pay transaction fees. Credit cards allow for credit facilities as well shall we not forget.

JUICE is DOA (Dead On Arrival).

This version need to be updated for iPhone X standard. Thank you.

Long, long awaited for! This finally is the MCB app!!!

Perfect to cast a glance at your accounts, transfer seamlessly between your own and your friends' accounts, communicate with the bank: all we've been dreaming of doing without toggling with browsers on small screens!

For that thumbs up!!!

Juice is awesome and powerful. No bugs, no glitch and very secure. Here are some suggestions :

1. A profile account with profile picture for people and logo for merchants. Helps us easily confirm we are paying the right person or merchant.

2. A feature allowing us to send a Request of payment of a specific amount to someone. The recipient can then manage and accept or reject the requests. Similarly to paypal..

3. Categorizing payments and spenditure to show an insight for each month. We can see how much we spent in gas stations, supermarkets, in restaurants or bills etc..

4. Another insight would be the percentage increase or decrease in expenditure per month and perhaps per year too. This promotes saving money.

5. Its tiring to select start and end dates for the transaction history. Its important to have this feature but there should be some 1-click buttons for e.g past month or the past 2 months history.

6. Please allow us to name accounts. Having multiple accts is confusing due to the loonnng acct numbers. It could be just a short tag that we can add just to differentiate between the accounts. If thats against your policy, it could be just a juice app feature to add tags. This would not affect the MCB database but it would be just an app feature.

7. Group payments - be able to pay the same amount to multiple juice users..(thus the need to create juice profiles).

8. Split payments in restaurants - a user can request other users to split a payment and if others are offline, the user can pay it anyway and when the other users get wifi, they can accept the request and the money will be refunded to theirs friend’s account.

9. Managing online subscriptions - we could overview and cancel online automatic payments such as netflix subscription etc.

10. Ability to block atm transactions in the card sections. ( toggle switch on or off)

11. Please make arrangements with companies like telecom, CWA, CEB, CIM finance etc to allow payments of bills directly on juice app. This could be done by perhaps by connecting the juice profile of smn with his cim account so that he can overview his bills that are due. If that is complicated, at least make arrangements so that we get sent a QR code by the respective companies (CEB/ CWA bills especially). Even other companies could send us QR scannable bills in an email that we could scan and pay by juice.

This is all, thank you for considering these features which would make JuiceByMCB even more complete and helpful but also attract new users.
