What is Dayforce Wallet?
Dayforce Wallet is a mobile app that allows users to access their pay as soon as they earn it, without any cost. The app enables users to add some or all of their available pay to the Dayforce Prepaid Mastercard, which can be used to make everyday purchases, pay bills, or withdraw cash from a network of fee-free ATMs. The app also allows users to view their current balance and transaction history, transfer funds to other bank accounts, and have their regular paycheck direct deposited to the Dayforce Card.

I use the card only for accessing my paycheck early. The drawback is if you have a fraud charge they cannot stop it as a regular bank can. U have to cancel your card, jump through several hoops and hope they will fix it. And then u have to wait five long days for a new card, while not having access to your money. So if you make this your primary card for your paychecks. You will be screwed when your card is comprised.

It would be nice if we could add this card to our Apple Pay wallet and be able to use it in that manner With everything being done electronically today on your phones I think it will be a really good option hopefully you all can get this done for the people that use it in the future

They ripped me off money when I put the wrong account numbers and my transfer never went through. They claim the other bank confirmed it went through but it isn’t even possible when it isn’t an account that accepts transfers at all. It was a Varo Believe which is a credit account and it is for me to transfer from my Varo account only. They took my money and just keep hanging up on me. They won’t even let me speak to a supervisor. My son and I have Covid and they took the last money I had. Very unprofessional and absolutely no investigation was done. They can’t tell me who they supposedly talked to at Varo and Varo says nobody contacted them concerning my accounts at all. How can you do this to people

Day places $360 on my card today, used the card for $15 and now checked it an hour later as i need the card again, and the money was gone, clicked “contact customer support” i was told that the pay roll for my company is who i had to call, they leave at 5pm, how are they going to add and then take money away from me when noone is even at the company?? On top of the person i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, i tend to have A LOT of issues with this card and company, business owners: if you care about your employees, DO NOT use this horrible company.

I received this card from my employer, and I enjoy seeing daily what I could be paid if I have an emergency. But more than that, during this crisis I lost my bank ATM card. There’s always that lag when you’re waiting for a new card, and I was able to bridge that gap with my Wallet card. Plus, it’s such a pretty color blue!!

This is amazing. I can get access to the FULL amount I have earned anytime before my payday. App is really easy to use. I just select the amount I want to add to the card and it is instantly there to spend.

The only problem I have with Day is the fact that I can’t access my transaction history past like 4 days if I have multiple transactions. I try to contact support for help but they never answer.

This company is a mess! When u need answers or help with anything I have to call multiple times. I get different answers from everyone I talk to, which makes me nervous since I am uploading my pay to the card. I think it's just better to close out the card as a whole. I don't want to put my money into something I can't trust.

Day is trash, the support is not helpful, they’re unprofessional, I couldn’t even get a bank statement! Just stick to your local bank!!!

I can’t even access Day anymore. I put in what I had as the saved password. When it wasn’t working I clicked on the forgot password link and was supposed to receive an email but the email never came through and my account is suspended. I checked my junk mail, spam and there was nothing.

Beware! Day is awful and customer service is terrible! The tech support is clueless on how to assist users, they transfer to different departments because they don’t know how to assist their customers. I have been calling for over a month and no one can answer my question or help with my issue. Do not download, it’s a waste of time.

When I open Day it keeps saying “We’ve encountered an unexpected error”. It also gives multiple error codes. It shows how much money is available, but won’t allow to “Add pay to card”.

I had unauthorized charge had to get a whole new card. Got my new card same unauthorized amount appeared again. If I got a new card the same place shouldn't have been able to charge my new card again . Horrible they won't protect your money

Hello, I cancelled an Amazon charge almost 2 weeks ago and spoke with a dayforce customer service rep who said the latest the money would be returned to my account was last Thursday. It is now 4 days past the final day in which my money should've been credited back to my account, what do i do? Every time I try to call, I wait on hold for over 10 mins and usually just hang up. I spoke with 3 different "customer service reps" about this issue and none could actually help. The charge isn't even that much, its only $21.18 but its the fact that it was an immediate cancellation of and amazon order 10 days ago. I really like the service your company provides but customer service definitely needs to be sured up.

It worked for me the first 2 days. On my 3rd pay I transferred it to my cash app account. Cash app showed me a denied add cash amount from my bank. I called for 3 days and was told it's a tech issue that they are working on. In the meanwhile I had no gas to get to my job. My entire account was empty. They say it will be fixed soon. Day 4 is in a few hours. Nobody can tell me anything but be patient.

Never received card. Have been left stranded and will not allow me to add my personal bank card to access funds on card.Told yesterday now that I was fired that my pay even for a day's work will not be paid to me as going to close out card by company I worked for. Do not recommend.

This bank is a joke all the way around they sell your information. People take money out and they denied your claim its like okay i been never using this piece of shit ever again, worst bank ever! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FUNNY PART THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS LIKE YOU SO FURIOUS OVER $200 dollars you need that bad like WHAT!!!!! Not very impressed with your Dayforce Wallet. Day 1 of launch and unable to setup account Spoke with customer service in USA note not in Canada Got passed around a couple of times after giving three different people my information for tha account and still got nothing. Dayforce customer service answer to peoblem: someone will be in touch with you in 2 to 3 business days. Great system especially on day one of your launch with a new customer. Now my personal details are floating somewhere in the USA and I have to wait for any further help in 2 to 3 business days. Great system....great way to treat your neighbours to the north. As of today I have lost faith in Dayforce. Can't seem to be trusted as we don't know how secure our information really is and where it is at this point.
