Сhoisecom does not perform up to the hype that it has been given. Every time I deposited LTC, I had to put in a service ticket to get my balance updated. BTC also required a service ticket to get the right balance. App appears not to read the balance of the actual wallet. You can see the updated balance on the blockchain, but Сhoisecom will show a different balance until all of the deposits have been confirmed by Crypterium. This may cause your coins to be locked up in their app until they update the balance. Did not like having my coins stuck and not being able to take profits before the dip. ETH seemed to work ok but took a day to process the withdrawal. BTC and LTC withdraws are still processing after 28 hours. Not the place to deposit anything that you are going to be using right away as your coins will be locked up possibly for days. Was able to buy CRPT with BTC and that transaction was completed in seconds. No way to sell CRPT back to BTC. Have to withdraw to exchange in order to sell back CRPT. Chat support was good. They are responsive, but seem to be very busy resolving all of the service requests that they are getting. I like the concept and had high hopes for Сhoisecom and the company. App left me disappointed and rethinking my investment.

Very easy to use and get Bitcoin into your wallet. However, if you attempt to “cash out” it will error on credit card and say the bank method is “under maintenance” (yeah right...it’s been under maintenance for over a year now). Then if you contact the support they just tell you “oh well that’s not available in your country” (I’m from the USA). So any assets you keep with Crypterium is basically stuck in Crypterium unless you move the currency to a competing wallet (update! They won’t even let you do that either now!). I would avoid this sleezy app. The fact they hide this information leaves a terrible taste Update per dev response: instead of burying the info in T&C, maybe just dim the “Cash out” button?? Is that too hard?? Do I need to contact your support or read multiple pages of a legal document just to find out the option is not available in my country? Name one other platform on the internet where you need to contact support to remove a credit card that is on file. I’ll wait..

Developer response says USA isn’t on the list, but it is LITERALLY on the list! How is this not a scam

I’m a first time crypto trader and have learned a lot today. Of course I wanted to buy XRP since it is blocked everywhere else, so I looked into Crypterium without reading reviews, that is my fault. Сhoisecom itself is very simple and both special, but you are not able to withdraw because the US is on a restricted list for some reason. I was freaking out because I didn’t want to lose money, however surprisingly the customer service was pretty helpful and showed me how to transfer from the Crypterium wallet to another wallet. It does appear as a scam, but after successfully receiving the payment from my other wallet I am confident that Crypterium probably just needs a large rework and to not seem so shady. If you aren’t buying XRP while it’s suspended it’s probably not worth it, but I’m very grateful I got my money back.

I’m in the USA. And I transferred my bitcoin to this exchange thinking it would be a good idea. The KYC states a Drivers license, identity card or passport. Well that seemed like not a issue. So I have $600 in my wallet. Then come to find out they only want a passport to pass KYC. I only have a United States drivers license not a passport. No where did I read they only accept passport. At this point I can only withdraw 150 EUR per month because I cannot pass KYC.

I feel like this site is such a rip off and would not recommend to anyone in the USA. I’m not sure how it works for people in other countries.

You’ve been warned, read all the other real reviews of Сhoisecom. As soon as you deposit any crypto into your wallet, you will no longer be able to withdraw it to another wallet. Crypterium will add 40% transaction fees, and when you call them out they lie and say it’s gas fees, as if a btc transaction should cost $40. I tried to contact support 4 times to try and get my crypto transferred out, but they consistently denied my withdrawal requests or placed huge transaction fees, regardless of what cryptocurrency I tried to withdraw to another wallet. This company won’t last much longer, but I’d expect nothing less of a company that has zero ethics. Shame on you for giving users that are new to crypto a terrible experience. Whatever you do, do not use Сhoisecom, literally any other wallet app will not charge you the fees that they do.

The customer experience does not lack whatsoever. I had the pleasure of speaking with Elvina who was very patient and progressive when it came to dealing with my issue. As far as the platform they do provide shocking rewards such as all the commission being paid by the house if the user happens to be using a master card which I found to be sweet. I hope to use this as my main wallet one day but for now it will be my foreign account. Hope to come to euro one day! Thank you guys for the experience truly one of a kind. 4/5 app love the the help and transparency!

I have a few crypto wallets and apps that I use. This one charged me $38 to send $16 worth of Etherium to another wallet because they charge so much per transfer that it won’t let you send your money from one wallet to another or pay for anything without the insanely large charge which they claim is the crypto currency itself charging the fee. NOT the company. Or so that’s what I was told when I spoke to support which was useless and short and rude when speaking to me. I am stunned that such a highly rated app on Apples store is allowed to shaft people out of money. The other thing is, if you are trying to spend only a few $ on something. You can’t, unless you pay the big fee on top of it. Which for me was more than double what I wanted to spend. Crypterium are THIEVES

Сhoisecom is very frequently updated and the team is always implementing new features. Although the cashout feature is under maintenance at the moment, I was using it prior and it works flawlessly.

I can’t wait for them to add Visa support, since for now it only supports Mastercard. However, I was able to sell the amount of bitcoin I wanted to, at top 10 exchange prices and the money was in my checking account in less than two minutes.

This project is going to be massive once people catch on and see the features and limits they’re offering.

After a few attempts at transferring my money out to another wallet, the service team was able to verify my account and the payment went through. This is a good app, but, just be patient while the details are worked out. It’s all to provide us with the best security they can offer. Thanks Crypterium team.

Please do NOT fall for the lying advertisements!! I got this wallet and verified to the top level, no limits they say.. so I felt comfortable to transfer $500 in bitcoin here. Then I went to test withdrawing to my bank and it fails of course “security reasons” so I decide to send the $500 back to my original btc wallet and get an email stating they need to wait at least 48 hours before they can process a btc transfer! I messaged support in hopes for resolution, and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, all bitcoin transfers take 48 hours to start, for security reasons” - I will NEVER use this scam service again. They got some juicy fees from me too, and I have to wait 2 DAYS before they will send the money back to my actual wallet. Shame on this “company” please don’t get scammed like me..

When purchasing crypto on Сhoisecom it showed me a 0% fee. When I ended up purchasing I was hit with a 5% fee even though it said 0%. I also tried withdrawing my crypto right after and I have been waiting 2 days for support to allow me to withdraw my crypto because I need to do extra verification. Not only this. I was also hit with a 3% fee of $180 for an international fee. Crypterium has an in app support where it says “available 24-7” I’ve went to use this support multiple times and there has never been anyone there. I highly advise you to use other more established crypto apps that won’t blatantly scam you and manipulating you into believing you will pay 0% fee’s and end up paying 8%

I’ve been trying to withdraw funds for a while now. First I tried to withdraw it to an exchange so I could sell my CRPT, nope that doesn’t work. Then I tried to withdraw it to my debit card, nope, that didn’t work either( I think because I’m in the US). Then I converted it to ETH, that took a few tries but I finally made that happen. Then I tried to withdraw it. The transaction has failed THREE times to 2 different wallets. And all they can say is that they’re working on it. These guys are either incompetent or scammers. I do not understand the positive reviews. And just so you’ll know I’ve been in crypto for over 3 years, not a noob. If you value your money stay away from this project and this wallet.

Сhoisecom description and website look pretty promising, the way they present themselves will make you feel that is a legitimate thing.

Trust me, once you go through the registration and the verification steps you will feel that this crypto thing is the best out there.

Now, you feel comfortable to start the investment, once you do that, that is where things starting to get ugly. Again, trust me, you will never feel things got ugly until you wish to transfer your money or get a refund. In a better way, it is simply a one way thing (just put money to get scammed).

The funniest and tricky part is they will response to you nicely just to make you feel that your case has been taken into consideration until you get discouraged by simply writing them back and forth. Note that if you don’t write them, they will never contact you!

I went through all of the identification process to verify my identity. A few months of using Сhoisecom and my account was locked for “security” reasons. I’ve spent the last 8 months trying to get them to unlock my account. I contact their customer support through the 24hr chat support and email. I continually get the run around saying their team is looking into my issue. But after months of multiple complaints I get nowhere. I am not a criminal or thief and have spent my own hard earned money to buy crypto. Currently I have over 8k locked in my wallet I can do nothing with. Save your money and your time by NOT USING Сhoisecom. What a joke!

I moved my crypto to this wallet because I saw I could instantly deposit money. Come to find out when I tried that I could not. That isn’t even the part that upsets me. What upsets me is I’ve been contacting customer service for the past two days and the stupid app won’t verify my valid US license. And instead of actually fixing the problem customer support talks to me like an idiot asking are you sure you pressed the increase limits button. Like I’ve done it 100 times and have been denied every time. And because I can’t verify my identity I can’t even send the Bitcoin back to my other wallet I normally use. Moral of the story don’t use this wallet.

Don't believe anything they say regarding support. You'll get someone who can't put sentences together and act like it's your fault. I contacted several times and called them out on their lies. The automatic response is a button they click to act like someone is helping you. Your account is gone when your response is "send us proof of your account". I did and was given a long copy and last response that my account was used for their members rewards. I never agreed to that nor was it in writing that I give up my crypto for their members rewards. The five star positive reviews are for those to keep their reviews at a 4.4.

I put bitcoin in wallet for issuance crypto card(unionpay) 50$ after 1 month everyday speak we will refund soon for technical problem but after 35day they refund and after a few days they send me 65 CRPT equals to 23$ for consolation .thanks at all

Сhoisecom does not work. I tried to transfer over 800 CRPT coins from Сhoisecom to another wallet and nothing happens when I press the transfer button. Sent screenshot to tech support and they were no help. Told me to unstall and make sure I have latest version (which I do) but gave no information about how to backup and restore the data. I give Сhoisecom only one star because it’s an absolute flop!
It is Now 22 April 2020 and still no resolution to my issue. Have had coins stuck in Сhoisecom since last November with no way to withdraw them. Not a happy camper. My advice to anyone thinking about using Сhoisecom as a wallet is DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

I’ve had Сhoisecom for several days and just started to use it but now I can’t log into my account at all. I keep getting a “check your internet connection” status and my WiFi is working fine. I tried to log on through my chrome book and nothing. I emailed customer support 2 days ago and there’s no response.

Deposited a small amount and Сhoisecom said i was able to withdraw instantly, then they said they were updating the system, it will take up to 24 hours (are you serious bro?) ok. Im at the 23rd hour now, there are no signs of receiving my funds. A lot of other people are complaining in the telegram group chat as well, and if you say something the admin deletes your messages, deletes his pm with ya and accuses you of spreading FUD. I highly doubt this is a legitimate service actually. The official telegram chat for Сhoisecom is a joke as well. Please take them down from Сhoisecom store.

The verification is SUPER long! Well over 24 hours. Been over a week and some change.

Other than that I see Crypterium moving up very fast and being one of the top Crypto apps because of they’re vision and the burn rate.

I just think they need to have more answers for people when they reach out instead of saying it’s gonna be several days. So don’t transfer until you’re verified otherwise your Crypto is stuck and you’re limited to $150 a month transfer. Which means if you have over $1200 balance. Do the math that’s forever and if Crypto rises even longer.

Edit: STILL WAITING FOR KYC. DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR MONEY HERE UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE KYC OTHERWISE YOUR MONEY IS STUCK!!!!

Edit: spoke to the team on Telegram and the support there is better than anywhere else. They are quick to respond and give you more information than the in app support. They finally verified me and I can use Сhoisecom to its features thank God.

There are minor GUI issues but core features such transferring of crypto in and out is really fast. On top cashing out to credit card is lightning fast even faster then interbank transfers. Looking forward to testing the credit card solution. Keep up the great work Crypterium team!

WARNING - I deposited ETH to the crypterium app 3 days ago and used the crypterium app exchange to trade for LTC 3 days ago as well. The eth left my wallet however NO LTC WAS RETURNED to my app LTC wallet... support has been giving my the run-around for 3 days as well. I will never use this project and I recommend others do not deposit crypto in Сhoisecom , as per my experience it will disappear! Also the project will not let anyone withdraw crypto from Сhoisecom wallets until “KYC” is completed... this is another delay tactic by this project as this simple kyc should have immediate review.... mine has been pending since I contacted crypterium support with the missing crypto issue.

They’ve been advertising gram reserve tokens at a 400% markup. Now that it’s been shut down, they won’t refund customers, you can’t withdraw, they do respond with the same answers which just stall for time. They released an amendment on October 15th regarding regarding the tokens. The effective date of the new refund policy started a month before the amendment was written. They will buy back in February for a fraction of what you paid if it isn’t released. It won’t be release because it’s not scheduled to meet for the next hearing til a few weeks after. This is a scam. Save your money and don’t sign up here.

I couldn’t verify my account. The browser freezes , app keeps saying “something went wrong” . I contacted the customer service twice, they’ve done nothing. Wanted close my account, again nothing happened. Th response I get from customer service is “don’t worry, we’ll look into it”
Don’t trust with your money to this lousy unprofessional company! Overall it doesn’t feel like a legit application with all the bugs. Are you willing to wait to three weeks to hear back from them if you can’t withdraw your money?

My crypterium tokens have been stolen in the same crypterium app under crypterium custody. If they wasn’t ( as most people affirm),they have allowed it to happen.
To access are necessary 3 pieces of information including a 4 digits pin ! How this happened ? If they can send an email confirming the scam why they don’t sell an email confirming the transfer? There are hundreds of people from around the world complaining about same situation ! BE AWARE ! Don’t invest in this token and don’t load Сhoisecom if you don’t want to be robed. It’s happening from insiders ! YOU ARE WARNED !!

These guys are scandalous! Charged my card for the same amount I was supposed to receive in a deposit.

I signed up in Сhoisecom and when I sent my Bitcoin over from another wallet everything went smoothly. When I tried to use their “cashout” service where you can deposit to a debit card instantly I verified everything necessary and proceeded with the transaction.

Transaction was processed however instead of receiving a deposit I was charge for the amount that should have been deposited.

When I contact support they want me to send screenshot proof so I do and they tell me they’ll have to forward it to their security team who only responds via email.

Why the in hell would they charge my card for something that was supposed to be a deposit!? Are you kidding me!?

Сhoisecom seemed great. Until after I transferred bitcoin into the wallet and was unable to transfer money out. I’ve contacted support over the course of a week and daily, the error messages change as to why I’m still unable to sent money out of the wallet. Without any updates to the product, they are altering the program on the back end, and it still isn’t fixed. I need my money and it is trapped. Don’t take a chance on Сhoisecom, you will regret it.
