FoodTecDeliveryIQ used to be pretty decent 2 or 3 updates ago (when they had the old app logo.) However since the new updates FoodTecDeliveryIQ takes a longer time to load and interferes with my cell service. So basically it takes upwards of 10 minutes to get it to work per delivery. I usually have to try putting my phone into airplane mode, multiple app restarts, and sometimes even a full restart to my phone just to get FoodTecDeliveryIQ to load my next destination and open google maps so I can do my delivery. FoodTecDeliveryIQ is beyond infuriating at points especially when I’m on the clock and needs a patch badly.

I’m a new driver and this is FoodTecDeliveryIQ we use. I like it but not the fact it took me 20 minutes to the wrong address and the store had to call me, I figured out what happened: the address was 45 Blahblah Harbor; and when I clicked for directions it automatically switched to 45 Blahblah Drive! When I got back I was upset but they said yes they app does that for that address. I didn’t get a tip but drove way out of my way. Go figure. Please fix this! I’ll update if I see a fix!

You guys need to fix a bug cuz FoodTecDeliveryIQ doesn't fit very good on iPhone XS Max . The buttons go and people can't see the manual tip buttons.
The mos important thing is that you have to HIDE the CASH TIP BUTTON when people select to tip by card, is the biggest button and people select the 15% or more and than the select the cash tip without giving attention that the tip is not anymore there because they select cash tip. You have to fix that cus we loose a of money like this. Hope someone read this !!!!!

It seems to function well enough. Other then accidentally logging myself out while out on a delivery, I’ve had fairly good luck with using it. What I would like to see changed is the ability to look at my delivery history after my shifts are over. Thank if I want them know how many miles I drove on Wednesday, I can’t go back and look it up. Sometimes I need this information and don’t see a way to access it from FoodTecDeliveryIQ after I log out for the day.

The applicator is not accurate for trailer pros, RV Lots and apartment complexes. It takes you to the entrance, and you have to do the rest. It proves to take time as none of these locations have good lighting and it’s very difficult to find correct locations. Time equals money, getting lost equals frustration!

FoodTecDeliveryIQ does the job, but most of the time it can’t ping the right locations, says you are not at the location.
The new mix of colors for the UI is a bad choice, it’s was bad before but now it makes no sense whatsoever, green logo, top part of FoodTecDeliveryIQ red when open, if you changing the logo chance the whole interface, replace de red with a green or blue using gradient fading do white, it’s a better design choice.

Overall the newest update is a good one. The times when the order was placed is shown before I start a run and it looks nicer overall but, the signature box has gotten a lot worse. It used to be a big rectangle and made your phone landscape (nice and big). The new one is a small square in portrait mode. I’ve had many customers write their signature and run out of space.

So I love using this application but the most recent update for DARK MODE is absolutely terrible to look at with the black and white stripes, even when you’re not driving but especially when you are. It’s only the colors; if you wanted to do a similar move as the white and light grey on the main screen, black and dark grey with white text would be the way to go, but because there is black and white lines so boldly it is almost disorienting to look at. I have been driving for 8 months now and am in design school myself, and driving with those colors really bites at night.

The last two shifts I’ve worked my navigation on FoodTecDeliveryIQ does not work. I tap the little symbol for navigation and I get it to come up and try to press “go” and nothing. My google maps app works too as does Waze.

I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling FoodTecDeliveryIQ and changing some of the network settings. I did the new IOS update the day before it started not working for me. Not sure if that is the reason. Other than this problem I’m having I like it. I agree with the other review that said put a no tip option that’s about the only thing I can think of that should be changed. Main thing I am personally concerned about is navigation.

I don't deliver full time anymore but I occasionally take a run or two. I've recently encountered an issue with FoodTecDeliveryIQ in that after using it for a delivery, my phone loses the capability of connecting to the internet from all sources temporarily. This happens regardless of whether I'm on wifi or not, the GPS stops working, and the interface showing my run becomes glitched and shows deliveries I've marked as "delivered" as still active. Everything is appearing fine on the store's end, but I can't use it after the first run as I lose network access. This is a pretty big bug. Hopefully it is fixed soon. I am on an IPhone 5.

No more unwanted credit card receipts trashing my car but lately I have been having problems ending my runs so I have to use the work computer. But it would be nice if you could end your runs before you get back to work so you can view how many unassigned deliveries there are waiting so you can see if your able to run an errand or if you should hurry back.

New update will not let me look at different orders while on a run unless I change the order of the runs which is pointless and time consuming-please change back I use it to look at the customer order so I know I have all the items for them-would be sad if I forgot stuff on your order because you changed something

So I started at Marco’s as a delivery driver a few weeks ago an FoodTecDeliveryIQ has been extremely helpful with keeping track of everything. I will say the few parts of FoodTecDeliveryIQ I do not like is I can only see my driver stats when I’m working, an I would love if I could go in FoodTecDeliveryIQ at my driver stats when I’m off an everything

I think it’s a good app & is heading in the right direction, just needs alittle more work in my opinion that would help me out, like when the order is delivered and heading back to shop, it could still give me directions back as an option & if I could get notifications with a loud notification saying that an order has come threw for me & one other thing of the top of my head is if when checking out, the total was still visible & not only when I hit order to see it!!, but I really do like FoodTecDeliveryIQ & when tweeks are done with it, it will be that much better!! AGAIN THANK YOU, really appreciate it

I have been using FoodTecDeliveryIQ for six years with little problems. When I started using the IPhone 14 pro Max, and had problems with FoodTecDeliveryIQ , I emailed them and they responded within hours. The problem was taken care of very fast. Can’t ask for any better service!

FoodTecDeliveryIQ makes delivering food easier than it already was. My company uses it and everyone loves it. I have a few friends that have delivered for other companies and they are very jealous that we have this. Only issue is that (since the most recent update) my app crashes every time I try to pull up the in-app map. It could just be my particular phone though.

It’s wonderful quick an easy app I have a recommendation to orders that are cash if there could be a optional choice (only cash deliveries) to electronically deduct out what’s owed to me an allocate how much to pay for back to the store from the order so as to do for a comfort feeling I can keep my owed money in the negatives(that way I look forward to making even the smallest amount back to me)

FoodTecDeliveryIQ is so easy to use..now granted it’s not so great when Wi-Fi or other services aren’t t working right, but it works just like it should for me…keep bringing that cash!…ha!…also, whenever FoodTecDeliveryIQ isn’t working correctly I just use an alternate way on gps to find my destination…

Yes it needs some bugs figured out but other than that it’s a very useful app. Ever since I started using it I’ve made tons of more money, I can’t wait till tax season, FoodTecDeliveryIQ tracks mileage and also shows how many deliveries you’ve taken through the months. Wonderful app, thanks to who ever cam up with it. !!“Fix bugs, it’ll bring you more business”!!

This system is great for delivery drivers, one button press and it enters the the address into your gps for a quicker start to save time. The store can see where i’m at while driving and that’s good so they can know when I’ll be back. My favorite tool is the text message option that auto-fills a message saying that I’ll be there shortly which i send 2 minutes in advance and also the ready message that i send on arrival, which saves time and sometimes keeps the customer’s dog from barking because they expect and open the door while I'm walking up. There is also a button to dial the customer with one press which is excellent because manually typing phone numbers is really annoying and has room for accidental error. FoodTecDeliveryIQ makes the job easier and faster for customer service.
