How to fix Easybook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Easybook app on iPhone
Update Easybook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Easybook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Easybook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Easybook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Easybook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Easybook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Easybook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Easybook » click [Force Stop]

Update Easybook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Easybook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Easybook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Easybook.

Fix Easybook unable to contact server/ Easybook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Easybook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Easybook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Easybook
