Summary of Dragons Problems 🔥

- The events are unbalanced when it comes to level situation.

- It's not reasonable for beginners and low-level Meade hall players to participate in gauntlets and survival events.

- It's very hard to obtain a titan and the player suggests making it easier.

- The player has to spend a lot of wood and time to train dragons for titans.

- The game crashed and the player lost all progress after purchasing a monthly subscription.

How to fix Dragons app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dragons app on iPhone
Update Dragons app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dragons iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dragons on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dragons network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dragons Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dragons not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dragons App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dragons » click [Force Stop]

Update Dragons to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dragons App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dragons » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dragons.

Fix Dragons unable to contact server/ Dragons internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dragons » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dragons » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dragons
