Merge Dragons! Status

Merge Dragons! has been stuck loading assets to my device for almost 1 week now, preventing me from being able to do anything in the camp as all of the spaces are occupied with circling dots.

Connection error: /B16, tried all suggestions support offered. Nothings working to connect to cloud save. I play on my WiFi only tablet, at home, with a really strong cable signal.

Over half of my items in camp can't be seen and I haven't been able to see them for months. I have cleared cache. I tried restarting my phone over and over again. Tried to load the game on mobile instead of wifi. Nothing is working. I have spent quite a bit of real money in this app, so I'm not to happy that i can't even really play anymore because of this issue. I finally uninstalled/reinstalled the app to try and fix it, but even that did not work. I need a fix for this!

I cannot get the latest update to open. I have installed it via Google Play onto my kindle 4 times now but it does not actually update. There is space as I am using an SD card.

My game is showing a connection error/B16. It's not connecting to facebook an syncing with the cloud save. It was working fine before today.

It's saying. An error occurred.. to protect your progress we have stopped the game. Please close and restart the app. Support Have tried heaps of times but keep getting the same message.

The game is not loading all assets or letting me play any events. Only dragons that load are the grass ones, can't get arcadia to load. Help

I just got my tablet back and had it factory reset and redownload the game but now I'm stuck. I keep loading in but a pop up to update stops me for doing anything. When I click on said update I'm resend to the download page but no update. I've tried hard reset and now am at my ropes end. I really love this game but this is causing me to just trash it forever

Is there a fix for bubbling all the dragon houses? All of my hundreds and hundreds of dragons are out and I have a "Time's Up" banner, with an info arrow that turns to a gem when tapped. Is my game just dead? I tried to build a house, but nothing will tap.

I cannot open Merge Dragons on my Ipad. Everything is updated and I have tried all troubleshooting steps.

App won’t launch. Cleaned up everything in my iPad but it won’t even start. Get to the loading screen then shuts down.

App won’t launch on ios. Everything is up to date, tried turning iPad off and on again, tried shutting down app completely and starting again and tried without internet. Nothing works and apparently the only thing I can do is contact them via the app which I can’t launch 🤦‍♀️

Having the same issue as so many others here. Game will not load/work/open if my device is connected to the internet. Works perfectly if the device is in airplane mode or offline. Missing out on events, my den (and rewards like the den chest), the dragon tower, Arcadia, etc etc..this started 9/3/22 and has been ongoing since. I have contacted support multiple times and done everything they ask with regard to troubleshooting. They have escalated the issue to a higher level but I’ve heard nothing. I am running the most updated version, have tried multiple wireless networks, have cycled/restarted the app, all to no avail. Very, very frustrated with the lack of fix. Support has advised to NOT delete and reinstall the app (can’t cloud save since i can’t connect to the internet). Has anyone tried ANYTHING that helps??

can’t play events crashes constantly when connected to internet, Couldn’t finish last event 😡

Dragons are just disappearing. Noticed it yesterday when a L3 aqua poofed in a flash of light (looks like the light when you make a dragon) but it did the opposite. It happens occasionally but was always low level items so didn't care (except that one DEN CHEST!). Thought "I'll contact support in a few minutes." Merged 5 blue eggs and my little dragons started emerging and I'm all hand clapping yay kind of happy...then the mass extinction event began! Contacted support who gave me a super egg (didn't return my aqua) so I watched 1 more baby disappear after a basic 5 egg merge and took a screenshot. Support has sent the help request to a "higher level". Left the game for 12 hours and tried again...having occasional losses. Have cloud saved and will wait on this higher level to explain and possibly return my items. Would like to know what's triggering the poofing so can avoid in the future.

Merge Dragons suddenly back to restart system, all my items inside camp all disappeared and my score became 0. Even I retrieved but nothing changed. Only dragon powers, coin and gem remain, other items that bubbled up all gone.

Same problems as Helen. Special events don’t load either. Over 50 black squares with loading symbols taking up space at camp. Also the damn den chest is only available at an ungodly hour after 12 am. Kind of missing the fun at this point.

Game loads then freezes then crashes. Works offline as soon as get to cell service stops working. And on last special event I completed the entire game. But never received any thing why is that

I'm missing features on the game. The tower. My husband has it but I don't. I'm way further then him and have even sunk 1500 into the game. Im almost to the point that I'm gonna download a different game

The app will open but after a few seconds in freezes and will not allow the game to continue. No buttons work. It has been doing this since before the update. Last week it did the same thing, could not open the game. Please help.

Its not letting me play the Shimmering stars event. Says "make sure your game is updated" my game is updated so I do not understand why I can't play it. Please help as I love these.

It glitches and or freezes. If I have to chat all the data and lose my progress, I'm done. Not interested in starting over.

When I open my app it just closes and I can’t even play.

Have sent multiple messages concerning 'tap to clear" land NOT working correctly. Third time in 3 days. Believe dragon power was lost first time. REALLY. Contacted c/s multiple times, no response or fix. Sent screen shots, etc to help. Gotten old

I spent hour/days working on an event then never got the rewards and my camp reset to before I started the event.

I just updated to the new version and there are many problems. I have plenty of space, but the game keeps asking for more. When I tap on an object, it registers on the space next to it. A white square outline appears on any space I try to use to move the grid and won’t let me move it. When I tap on something like a fruit tree it says it needs more space. Many of my dragons have just been black silhouettes with no features since 3 updates ago that say they are still downloading if you try to touch them.

My game shuts down and I lose my final daily reward. This has happened 3 times. Also lose any progress I made.

Crashed in mid play and I lost a giant star reward and the egg I had just purchased to get that star. Offers a commercial for a reward, after I click on it, the commercial looks like it will open but then the whole thing crashes.

Midplay, the game shuts down and doesn't save all changes, even aftera couple of minutes. I've lost coins, dragons, coin banks, etc. I really enjoy this game, but have tried everything I've found for suggestions to fix, to no avail. Even restarted it once.

Merge dragons iOS app thinks it has no internet- cannot play events has been this way for months. Developer can’t/won’t fix

Auto combine is not working in the events.

Loads 3/4 then does nothing. Losing bar stops, but messages in loading bar continue to change.

Continuing to get "can't connect to the internet" when I am connected! Missed weekend event and lost gems (go figure)
