Kaspersky Passwords & Docs Reviews

I was recently a victim of identity theft, and I spent close to two months with an unknown hacker controlling my entire home WiFi network. Some I tried were immediately hacked or just deleted, such as Norton’s and Bitlocker. Most were unequipped to recognize the presence of a remote hacker, including Malwarebytes and McAffee, which sent me cheery messages about what great shape my network connection was in, while I endured psychological torture from the hacker. Products like Sophos were downloaded without their exe files. But Kapersky knew something wasn’t quite right! I was so relieved that Kapersky could see and help stop the hackers when nothing else would.

Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM) is a great tool and a well designed app for my phone and works well on my PC. But you’ll have a terrible time contacting a human if you need help with your account. There’s all kinds of info presented on their website as an offering to keep you from trying to contact them.

KPM has quit working on my Mac and Kaspersky’s website doesn’t recognize my email and/or password. I pay for the yearly Kaspersky anti virus and Internet Security, one of the mid grade packages, but the system still won’t recognize me. I can log in and use my phone but I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THERE’S A PROBLEM. This worries me as all my passwords are there.

But I can’t get through to customer service to resolve any issues. The only way to talk with a representative is to login. If you can’t login, there’s no way to reach the company. If I try to reset my password I’m told there’s no record of my email linked to an account. Which I know I have because I’ve paid for it and I can login with the email and password on KasperskyPasswordsDocs on my phone.

The developers actually listen to users’ concerns and suggestions The latest update offers a suggested password when you create a new profile/account on a webpage. Then it sets it up and asks you if you want to save it which is hugely convenient since you had to do all that manually before. I also like the sync feature which automatically keeps your passwords updated & current no matter which device I’m using. That’s extremely helpful considering how often I have to change passwords nowadays.

I’ve had Kaspersky for years but I’m shame to admit I never used it to it’s full potential. Now that I am, I really like this Password Manager app and it’s one I wish I utilized more.

One gripe — there are times when I need (or prefer) to use KasperskyPasswordsDocs , as well as the website. For example: Sometimes I use the Chase bank app and, other times, I use the Chase bank website. In doing that, Password Manager recognizes the password as low strength since it’s been used twice versus making the connection that it’s the same company. Of course the password will be the same for the website as it is for KasperskyPasswordsDocs because they are one in the same. Please fix.

KasperskyPasswordsDocs has completely transformed my ability to navigate through and manage the seemingly endless number of accounts, websites, and apps I interact with on a daily basis. It has enabled me to reclaim more time in my daily life, as I am no longer using derivatives of the same password or writing down passwords or employing any combination of methods of maintaining and changing passwords. His app has provided ease of mind beyond expectations.

The only thing that I’d like to see integrated into Tre app is a password generator. Beyond that, KasperskyPasswordsDocs is a solid five stars!

This use to be the best, and my most used app on my phone until the recent upgrade...Or should I say non-upgrade. The new version no longer synch's with my laptop which is the main database for all of my passwords. KasperskyPasswordsDocs keeps saying I need to upgrade to the latest version and it takes me to the latest version in KasperskyPasswordsDocs store....Which is the exact same version I already have!!! Its perpetually looping me around asking me to upgrade and then back to the same version I already have... KasperskyPasswordsDocs has become inoperable. I've tried customer service several times and I just keep getting asked what version I have but then not getting any response with a solution. I'm so completely frustrated and disappointed because this was once a great app.

I trust KasperskyPasswordsDocs so much. When I had to take my computer to ComputerMedics to get it fixed because I had no Virus Protection on it besides windows I got over 15 - 20 viruses but now there all gone but the guy that fixed my computer put Kaspersky free on my pc and I’m glad he did because something tried putting Ad Software on my computer and Kaspersky FREE instantly detected it and I got rid of it.

KasperskyPasswordsDocs was a lifesaver until the last update. After it installed it had me reconnect to My Kaspersky then asked for my master password. When I enter my master password and press Unlock KasperskyPasswordsDocs does nothing. If I enter the wrong password it tells me I have entered the wrong master password. What do I do now? Luckily I can still access everything on the desktop app on my MacBook, but I frequently need my passwords while on the go.

Update: Uninstalling and reinstalling worked, I have access to my stuff again. Thanks.

I tried 1 Password and gave up. It was too complicated for me. This is so easy I love it. The developer actually got down to the level of those of us who can’t do more than 1 or 2 computer steps before our brains shut down. I’m really pleased with this product. Not too much program to totally confuse me and the same results...a master password.

For those reading this comment, you don’t know me from adam. As a subscriber of Kaspersky for approximately 15 years, (way back as far as when Kaspersky mailed CD discs to upload into my devices. Yeah…ancient times. Lol!) I have nothing but good advice. Trustworthy, easy to use, offers great various security measures that is needed in this day and age.
Kaspersky gives its clients a peace of mind.

After the most recent update.. the password manager asked me for my master password which I know and entered correctly. It’s telling me incorrect password. Then it tells me I have to create a new vault and that all my passwords will be lost. I have so SO many passwords saved in this vault. For them all to be lost is SUCH an inconvenience. I have requested support and if they are unable to (or won’t) help. I will be canceling my subscription and finding a new internet security company. I have never heard of a password that you can’t reset. Absolutely ridiculous and very inconvenient. Especially since it’s so expensive.

Considering all of the passwords needed to function today, this is a lifesaver. I have it on all of my devices and haven’t had a problem in years. There may be other apps that do the same thing but this gives me everything i need so why search further.

This Kaspersky password keeper is a must. Whether on a computer or phone app, it’s a lifesaver. With the amounts of user names and passwords needed in today’s time, it’s this program/app that keeps me sane. Generates safe passwords and syncs your devices whenever passwords need changed. Secure and outstanding timesaver. I’ve used for over 5 years and it’s only got better. No issues ever!

Was there a recent change that uses a browser internal to KPM rather than launching an external instance of Safari on IOS? I hate hate hate the internal browser. Please launch an external Safari, or at least give us the choice of using the internal browser or the native browser on IOS. Did I say I hate the internal browser?

Otherwise, this is a great great app! Get one more star after it’s changed...

I have used Kaspersky products for about 10 years now.
They work extremely well. I have to say customer service is great. KasperskyPasswordsDocs was crashing so I emailed them through Kaspersky antivirus and they emailed me the next day.
Asked for a screenshot of fhe issue.
I replied to the email and the next day the emailed me with a solution.

I’m a former Dashlane user, but my annual subscription expired, so I decided to look around to see what other password managers offered. I tried 1Password, LastPass, Enpass, mSecure etc. none of it was for me. But I downloaded the Kaspersky Security app and Password Manager. I’m so glad I did!! I love interface and the features!! I definitely recommend Kaspersky apps to anyone!!

This is a great app. It would be a 5 star....but......it only works most of the time. When it comes to filling in information on apps, it never seems to find them on its own. Typically I have to go into show all passwords and click on the correct one for that particular app then it works......other than that one thing, it works like a charm!

I couldn’t access KasperskyPasswordsDocs on my iPad for months, no matter what I tried. Very frustrating. I had the ‘incorrect password’, though it worked fine on my phone. I gave up.

After several months, I tried accessing KasperskyPasswordsDocs on my iPad again and was able to get in. Since then, it works great on both devices. I’m very happy the bug was fixed.

So glad you made this for mobile devices. Have used it for years on my PC’s & never had a problem. Now the best for my mobile without having to remember all those passwords. It does all the work & keeps you secure. Amazing products keep up the excellent programs in keeping my info secure.
