3 years agoI am unable to log into the SugarWOD app. I can log in through the website, but when I sign in on the phone, it says my username and password are incorrect. When I click reset password, it says something went wrong and I should try again later.

Horrible customer service
I will say in general the app is great. If you have any issues and try to contact them you are screwed. Beginning of November I had issues trying to pay for a subscription. Kept getting an error and submitted an email through their website & had 0 response. Waited 2 weeks and did my own thing. Tried again with same error and submitted a second complaint. Few days later still no response so made a new account as I need to train for a comp. The first response I got from their customer service was nov 19 that my issue was getting escalated (over 3 weeks from my initial attempt to contact). I just got a resolution email tgat the problem is fixed yesterday (Dec 7). So if you need any assistance from their customer service good luck. I recommend creating a new account otherwise you sit in limbo forever. Not exactly great for an app to help you track your daily training.

My gym just switched from Beyond the White Board to SugarWOD. So far, the biggest difference is that it is way harder to find/ log workouts that aren’t your gyms prescribed WOD. I have a very physical job and in addition to my gyms regular stuff I need to add in and occasionally substitute WODs that are more functional for me. I’m already missing BTWB because it was so much easier to add other work in. In addition, I feel like the layout of the app is clunkier and less professional feeling. I’m trying to take it easy on this app as I get more acclimated to it, but it seems like a pretty big step down that I can only assume the gym took as a money-saving measure with COVID-19’s impact on their bottom line.

It’s very frustrating that is the owner of the business I cannot go further saffiliate manager should be able to access entire week of workouts on Sugarwod into the week beyond one day and make edits to workouts and programming should I need to when I don’t have access to a desktop computer. Whatever functions can be done on the desktop should be able to be done from a smart phone. For this reason, as a business owner, I give a one star feedback. The least of my worries should have to be trying to scramble to a desktop to make adjustments to my gym is programming
