How to fix SugarWOD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SugarWOD app on iPhone
Update SugarWOD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SugarWOD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SugarWOD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SugarWOD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SugarWOD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SugarWOD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SugarWOD App
1. On android, goto Settings » SugarWOD » click [Force Stop]

Update SugarWOD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SugarWOD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SugarWOD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SugarWOD.

Fix SugarWOD unable to contact server/ SugarWOD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SugarWOD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SugarWOD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SugarWOD
