This is one of the worst health & fitness related apps available. It crashes daily, crashes during workouts , doesn’t sync properly with my Apple Watch, doesn’t properly record workouts , doesn’t properly update from my fitness pal foods and frequently leaves out entire meals and steps. I could go on and on, basically every it claims to do it doesn’t do. And guess what happens when you reach ont to customer support ? They have you delete and re download the app over and over again , never taking responsibility for their own bungled technology. Guess what customer support, Re downloading it on a now daily basis does nothing to fix your poorly made technology. All it does it drive your customers crazy. On top of that they have blamed my watch &
Phone as the problem.
Here’s the thing, I took both devices to Apple and they’re working perfectly, they run every other app perfectly. So how is it that I can operate phone, my watch and every other app but yours but somehow it’s my fault as a customer ? How about fixing your app. I have no choice but to use it because it’s the app my trainer uses, but I hope he finds a new choice soon. Trainers, watch out , you want accurate stats on your clients ? Don’t look here. Your clients will eventually drop you out of frustration.

If your personal trainer use this app, run the other way or tell him/her to switch to another app. So many options out there.

This app has an unethical business model. Trainers are forced to pay to keep trainee accounts activate. Guess what happens when you stop paying? They DELETED my account!! I cannot even log back in to my account to see my historical data and previous workouts I already paid for. This is WRONG!

The app is also very basic and buggy. Video and audio always have issues like lag, no sound, or wouldn’t load. You cannot play music during your workout, so silence and very robotic count down. I rather get a interval timer for my workout. My personal trainer and I had so many issues using this app.

I understand the purpose of this app but the amount of glitches and issues is beyond ridiculous. When the rest timer goes off, sometimes it will lower your music and then never increase the volume again until you go into your music app, pause the song and then play it again. Currently, it signed me out so I could not track my workout last night and probably won’t be able to do so today because it keeps telling me my login is incorrect, even after resetting the password. Sometimes when I start my workout, the time on my phone and the time on my watch do not sync and the timing is off. Or I’ll end my workout and it’ll start again on it’s own. One time it told me it had been tracking my workout for 18 hours, when I had already stopped the workout and saved it! My trainer will also upload my workouts and it will show on her end but not mine, which is frustrating. This app has the potential to do so much but these issues need to be fixed ASAP!!
