This is a good quick app for copping this app and it is first come first serve and I like that but I have one problem, that you can’t save your payment information which is inconvenient at times because I have to enter all that and by then the item I tried to get sells out. I would like it if they made it where I could save my payment information but other than that it is a good app and I would recommend

So at 11 AM EST on Thursday, there's a new drop. You log into the this app app, you add something to the cart, but by the time you go to checkout, you can't. Because it's unstable as hell and crashes nearly every time. I've never once got an item I've wanted from the this app app. All decent items sellout in about 15 seconds to a minute. Such a shame that this app doesn't add more inventory or at least prevent bots from purchasing. You're only allowed one color/size per item yet I see people use bots and they get 20-30 pieces per item. One time I saw someone use bots and he bought over 30 box logo T-shirts in one purchase... I couldn't believe it. They sold for $58 on the this app app and resold five minutes later on eBay for over $300. Such a pain and this app is almost not worth it anymore. RIP my respect for this app.

I have been a fan of this app for a very long time. I feel that the company needs to be more discriminate towards all these BOT programs set up to buy everything before even one min passes. These programs allow all these resellers an unfair advantage when ordering from this app and it also stops TRUE fans from even being able to indulge in something they love to own. I mean either way business is business but slowly fans won’t be able to support this brand because those aftermarket resellers will have sucked the life out of ownership of this app™️

Absolutely love Supreme and always have an easy time on drop day, don’t have to worry about my slow computer. Although up until the last drop I was able to refresh the page at 11, for some reason the refresh option has just disappeared. I believe this should be added back it is the missing link to make Supreme perfect again!!!

Supreme works great I've copped the CDG Bogo and Checkered Vans but there's one problem that prevented me from getting the Air Force 1 CDG: the size selection scroller glitches sometimes, whenever I try to select a size the scroller goes back to the top and disappears, it doesn't let me pick a size; also happens when you try to enter your cards Expiration Date. This has only happened a few times but happens often enough where I have to figure out when's the right time to go for something

If you’re crying about things being sold out on the site, then be more prepared. Millions of people are clicking refresh at 10:59. So be ready. If you take an L, don’t be a lame. Everyone takes them. Part of the game. Supreme lets you save checkout info so it’s quicker. Been using it for over a year. I will say the servers are trash (especially on bogo day)

Is it even possible to purchase from this app? It seems like all you can do is view clothing. The moment it hits 11am on Thursday, everything already says sold out. How about maintaining an inventory of more than 2 items per listing? Work on adding a back button too. It's annoying always having to hit the this app logo to go back and then click on the section you were just looking at. Also, once items sell out, take the listings down. Doesn't do anyone favors to see clothing and accessories that aren't available. I know I can't be the only this app fan that has never owned a this app item because of it being impossible to order from the site or app.

Supreme is very frustrating to use. Recently I went to purchase an item and the processing screen froze. After awhile I refreshed and the item was sold out. 15 mins later I saw a transaction from this app on my bank account. A hour later I got an email showing I was charged for an item that I didn’t even select. So not only did I not get the shirt I wanted but I was charged for some random item. I contact this app immediately and they sent back a generic email basically saying “oh well”. I emailed them back but they never responded. I think I’m officially done with this app.

Very complicated to go to the shopping cart. Once you add an item, you see the check out button which you can go to your cart through it but once you remove an item, the cart disappears. A good UX/UI would be simple and easy to navigate but Supreme absolutely failed to have one and it was shocking the website is nothing different. Just one shopping cart icon on the top right is all it needs but maybe this app to too cool to have one. With this much of a reputation, you could have put better effort in customers’ shopping experience.

I have waited forever for the store to open back up,and as soon as I got the notification I went and got my stuff!Supreme works perfectly and allowed me to quickly get what I wanted!The easy checkout is a lifesaver and is quick to use,I bought 2 more items today and the checkout made it easy to pay for and order my stuff quickly!💯💯💯🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Was trying to snag something from store after at a new release. Got a hoodie in my cart, but there was no checkout button available. Even had time to remove it and re-add the hoodie to my cart but there was still no checkout button popping up. I probably wouldn't have been able to cop anything since the bots are pretty speedy, but I would've at least appreciated the attempt to try and put my info and everything in :(

For some reason every time I try to purchase something it says it was unable to possibly due to my bank declining it. Well that couldn’t be possible and I’ve tried to several times over the span of several months. And no it’s not because it’s sold out. I’ll go back and the item is still available. This almost forces me to buy from a resaler where Supreme does process my payment.

I dont get notifications when the store is updated right away. When I a new release update, many items are already sold out. Tried to buy a polartec camp cap today, but Supreme said my bank wouldn’t let the payment go through, but I was able to process the payment with the same card online. At least on the application, I can press the back button and get back to the item selections screen and not the last color of the item I was currrently looking at.

Now really anyone who says Supreme is unstable is not a real hypebeast. If you are a real hypebeast than you are using the browser for faster refresh, bots, and links to the London Website so you can get the item you want quicker. So really... I only want this optimized so it looks better. The 5 stars are for this app itself

Supreme is horribly designed and at times completely nonfunctional. It's disgusting to see a company so confident in its profit margins that it sees no reason to fix they're shoddy attempt to port their site to Supreme Store. 75% of the time when you click on an item you'll stare at a white screen and nothing will load. The other 25% Supreme will either force close or, if you're lucky, you'll get an unusually long load screen followed by the expected item. Over all this is not worth your while, especially if your tryna cop something drop day.

I tried to use Supreme instead of the site and it was a mistake. Supreme is easy to navigate and it will save your billing address, but it won’t save your payment and when you are typing in your card number the curser moves around, so you don’t end up typing the right number. I had to put my payment in four times and by that time my cart had completely sold out. I’m pretty bummed

I would love to have my payment info saved for iphone. I heard samsung users can save the payment info (in app) and it makes cops much easier on drop day. L’s are part of the game, but entering your card info (especially date) on drop day wastes a ton of time, even on hi speed wifi. My buddy got several Akira collab items in 1 order at drop time using a samsung note. Please add this for iphone!

Easy to use and it’s more convenient compared with website. I am grateful I don’t need to key in all my info again checking out except card info). It would be great if we could save card info or have Apple Pay supported. Thanks.

After falling in love with this brand before having a job and proper access to the supply. Supreme has made it easy to purchase this app, 11am EST release time. Was just browsing the web when Supreme sent me a notification checkout it seriously the fastest thing ever, got exactly what I wanted as well. Best app, best way. If you resell go to hell.

App crashes during new drops because of bots. Also don’t let people put thing in their cart if it’s impossible to check out quick enough. It says when you’ve sold out so it seems you should be able to track when each item of inventory has been claimed by a customer. Every time I try to shop in Supreme or online it’s not worth the aggravation. Please fix your site. Great brand, terrible shopping experience.

Anyone else having trouble with the sizing drop down menu? I accidentally ordered a medium. Went back to see how the hell i did and the size drop menu is bugged. You have to select proper size 3-4 times before app accepts L or XL. The bug auto selects medium. FYI. No problems until today. Great app. Use website today.

this app makes very good looking clothing and it’s not expensive like most designer brands but they get sold out quickly forcing you to buy an overpriced resale, I really want a this app box logo hoodie but they often get sold out quickly and the only way I can get it is by buying the resale, I really want to buy this app but when it gets sold out i wanna punch a wall, and also you guys should make more small clothing

All you guys are fr whining. I remember when the "you been hit" tee came out, it wasn't an issue copping. You just gotta be quick, nobodies gonna wait in line for you, they're just gonna buy it. Smh half of you are fans but still whine to them that everything gets sold out, grow up.

Generally Supreme is ok but I did have a weird problem. I made a purchase and then went back to make another purchase. When I went to checkout it kept getting the total wrong. It was adding in my previous purchase even though that transaction was already completed. Needed to delete Supreme and reinstall in order to wipe the slate clean.
