this app is a scam, so be aware! The company after multiple email attempts will NOT delete my personal information off their “servers” claiming their servers are “secure” claiming I do not need this information deleted. They mentioned that all credit card information stays on this same exact server so watch out! I do not care if the are “secure” I WANT MY this app ACCOUNT DELETED as I do not use this scam account at all. I regret ever signing up with this company for an account with my email! Consumer be aware of this, as they are most likely just trying to collect your personal information!! GOTit will not cooperate with my second request to delete this account at all. It’s been since December of 2020 trying to get this account deleted.

Why is that GOTit don’t have a direct customer service phone number!/? Not having a direct line to Customer service is a super inconvenient! I recently had a name last name change. I didn’t think about when I placed my order. So this is the matter in nut shell. I tried to update my current info and did all that was advised to do.

I was told by sale rep it’s out of is their hands! I been spending money with my same credit card for a couple years with this company and never had an issue till now and they wouldn’t rectify the matter!

Way to go this app store. This place don’t care about there customers, it’s all about their money.

I was selling on the platform for a year then I got a false claim for a custom that clearly didn’t Check her email for the tracking number for her item and said never shipped her or contacted her even though I called her and emailed her. Long story short I had the customer provided me with the proof that she got her item gave this information to the support item and the never fixed my account they don’t respond to emails and when they did I gave them everything they asked for and was told I would be able to sell again at the start of 2018 it’s a week before 2020 now so that shows how much they care about their sellers the worst

I was looking for some pants that were edgy, yet had a nice trendy look to them, and I found these babies right here. Initially the 30 was too tight, but after I contacted the seller he was able to not only exchange the size for me but I received the delivery for the 32 in literally 2 days! I have bought numerous items from this store (these were the MOST recent purchase), and I love every single item. It's fast delivery, great response time to questions or concerns about sizing, fit, etc... and dope pieces. If you see something you like in their store don't hesitate to purchase it! I'll be buying again and again and highly recommend TheManStore!

Now I don’t have to waste my energy or time going store to store looking for outfits for my son. EVERYTHING IS RIGHT HERE ON GOTit! My son told me about GOTit for items he wanted. I was skeptical, & told him I wasn't giving $ to some random app & never received items. I said it was prob a scam. After months of delay I gave in & placed an order to try it out. Order came quickly, items look just as described & pictured! I can contact seller straight from app & get a response within 24hrs, I got response to questions same day unless it was after hours. One shoe I ordered the seller contacted me to let me know it was damaged & couldn't be shipped. The seller made some contacts & got another shoe delivered to me within a week. I am now a believer! It's legit! I appreciate great customer service.

this app is one of the greatest apps I’ve ever come across!! Lots of great items to choose from from different stores, great customer service, great interaction from the ppl who run the stores, and super fast shipping. This site is LIT. Normally I don’t shop online for apparel but I figure to give it a shot and it turned out I was surprised.
Their items are top quality. I could find the same stuff in NYC and New Jersey but it would be more expensive. Needless to say, I found a new place to shop. Will be ordering from them a good while.

So when I moved to America, I went to different stores, I didn't find any clothes that I would wear to go school or out, I was mad all the time because, I'm always trying to look nice everywhere I go, but I didn't have the clothes that wanted, fortunately, I found an ad about GOTit( 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚢 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚋𝚎𝚜𝚝 𝚊𝚍 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛) and my life was saved!!!

Big up to the The Man Store. They move with so swiftly. Just about as soon as I made my order, I got notifications that my package has already shipped. Then, the communication and appreciation showed for just purchasing one item was awesome. The Man Store acted as if I purchased $1,000,000 worth of merchandise. The Man Store believes in great customer service. Top that awesome communication? They definitely have a repeat customer in me. I strongly recommend you shop with them.

GOTit is legit if you know who to deal with on here and look at how many got it how many reviews they had be smart pay attention yes ytjey don’t necessarily have a direct line yet for help but they do message back on GOTit their customer services is on GOTit idk when they will do that but in all honesty I can tell you the man store is legit made a nice little order an it can in 3-4 days you just gotta look around

GOTit I am in love with I can buy all that I want from my Bed! Just as you sell Jordans I feel like yupu guys should offer other name brands and designers although the. Rands that are already being sold are hot Items but I would like to buy me a Gucci Belt or Louis bag or something so mix in some. Ames brand AUTHENTIC name brand items as well... I mean idk who SWITCH is but they have great taste as style but they also have pieces that are 35-40 dollars so if you can sell items at that amount you should also offer Jordan T-Shirts etc as well

Since the first time I seen the this app app on both Instagram and then Facebook I decided to see what it was all about and I must say that I love their clothing, shoes, pants, accessories, etc. I brought a few shirts from off Slik Men, and the Accessory Store. I know that certain carriers don’t have certain sizes for Big Men like myself but I would that they would consider getting sizes for not only myself but for any bigger dude that like certain pants, or shirts. I know from now and the near future I’ll be ordering more things from off GOTit . Love GOTit

So I bought an outfit . Outfit hit my front door two weeks later (as expected) . Legit packaging so your items are delivered in fresh & new condition. My shirt was flawlessly perfect, quality is great. The pants tho- might have had a QC flaw because the left pocket had holes. I contacted seller and had a response the same day. I sent the pictures the requested and BOOM!! They are sending me an extra pair of pants at no cost!! I’m grateful and I appreciate the way they take care of me. Definitely buying from them again. 100% LEGIT .!! Now I’m after the mackeen sets

I have bought six shirts from GOTit and I absolutely love them. Great quality. Good customer service. And products always arrive on time. I will order much more shirts and other clothing from them. I love the fact that they keep you updated and communicate directly through GOTit on all purchases. There's also good opportunities for discounts and store credit if you order consistently. I highly recommend two stores on GOTit. "The man store" and "SLIK men" are my two favorites. Once again I am really appreciative of this great app. Glad that I found it.

Ive been looking at the Clothes on here for a year now and I finally get me a card with some money on it. There was this shirt that I really liked so I bought it. There was a delay but it didnt bother me because they promised to not be delayed and stuff. The shirt came in and it fitted perfectly, it looks just like how it looks on the picture and it’s amazing quality. I just bought me a Jacket and when I bought it, they shipped it that day so it should come in 1-2 days the delivery is crazy fast. I highly recommend buying your clothes from TheManStore. Go get you some fits!

So I ordered a pair of pants and a jersey from this app and at first we were having shipping problems but a wonderful guy or woman whoever was on the other side of the computer made sure that my items made it to me I’m so in love with these pants and I’m waiting on my jersey to come but it should be here today but I have the tracking number and it’s close to me they’re wonderful they make sure you have everything that you need wonderful items on there and I love the fact that they are personally in tune with the customer if you’re asking me this is the best shopping site hands-down that’s only if you ask me

I’m going to be blunt and honest with you guys I really enjoy GOTit I think it has a lot of cool and nifty and trendy things that I would wear on a daily basis and which I do currently wearing a daily basis but through another company anyways I ended up making several orders for a large amount of money and I refunded it because I forgot I had a bill deal and was going to get it next week well at least the week following and I was told that my refund will take 5 to 7 business days and I had to get a bank loan in order to pay bills when I had the money which is ridiculous in my eyes it and in my opinion but other than that this is a good app I guess but I am really upset with you guys for not sending me my money into having it in my account within 2 to 3 business Instead of 5 to 10 because that is ridiculous therefore you get a one star rating I’m a big spender you should’ve had it in my funds Poshmark it is
