I set up 4411 in case I needed it in the future. 4411 randomly activated a parking session while I was nowhere near the parking spot.
Told support and they said too bad you have to pay anyway

I am in the USA and planning a trip to Belgium in June. I am trying to activate 4411 and it needs to send a code to my US phone and I have tried multiple times. Do I need to be in Belgium to receive the code? If so would be super helpful if this was mentioned!! Thanks
