Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience and I do not recommend the application. I received my order on Saturday, July 19, and today is Thursday, the 24th. The status has not been updated in the application and I cannot return the items.
طلبي صارله أكثر من 25 يوم وما وصل، وماكو اي التزام بالمواعيد! طلبت أغراض مدرسية وكان الموعد من 11 – 16/9، واليوم 24/9 وبعدني ما مستلمة شي!
تتبع الشحنة يوضح إن الطلب موجود بالبريد المحلي من يوم 18/9 والمندوب استلمه من 21/9، ومع هذا ما وصلني! هذا مو بس تأخير… هذا إهمال وعدم احترام للزبون.
الأسوأ من هذا كله إن خدمة العملاء عندكم عبارة عن بوتات مبرمجة تكرر نفس الرد البارد “نعتذر 🌸 كوبون خصم 15%” وكأنه الزبون لعبة! ماكو أي موظف بشر يتابع أو يحل المشكلة.
كوبون 15% ما يعوض أعصابي ولا 25 يوم انتظار ولا حرق أعصاب أول يوم مدرسة بدون ملابس! 👎
سافانا = صفر ثقة وصفر التزام.
تجربة مهزلة وما أنصح أي أحد يطلب منكم أبدًا!

اول شي جنت فرحانه وطلبت طلبي صار ٣٣ الف وره ٥ ايام وصل الطلب بس ٣ شغلات! واني طلبت ١٠ شغلات وكتبت انو ما وصل الطلب كله كالو طلبي مره ثانيه. ودفعت فلوس مال ١٠ شغلات واني وصل٣ شغلات بس!
فريق الدعم جداً سيء وبحاجة لتعلم كيفية التواصل مع الزبائن بشكل لائق ومحترم ، في حال وصل طلب متضرر يقولولك اطلب من جديد وادفع قيمة العنصر حتى لو كان السبب مو منك من غير اخطاء طرق الدفع تحدد زين كاش يرسلولك مبلغ نقدا وناقص وميحلون المشكله نهائيا .
The pictures are not good most of them are so blurry we can’t tell about the fabric material .
The items in Savana are very nice but it would be really nice to add other items like shoes, electronics accessories and more.
