I can’t count the number of times the machine at my local Walmart is empty. It won’t even say that they’re out of the product. It’s only after you’ve put your phone under the scanner (which by the way is not touchless) does it say that they’re out. The scanner can apparently read your phone without you putting your phone close enough to touch the machine. 100% of the time I have to have my phone touch the dirty machine. You know it can’t be clean if everyone else has to put their phone there to do the same thing. Gross!

Been using this app for just over a year now. In that time I’ve never had any issues and liked getting the occasional “Promo” e-mail (some samples led to full purchases and brand loyalty).

Lately though, Freeosk has been problematic, first I cannot edit my account (phone number, name, DOB, ect.), second I’m unable to use Freeosk (including the Walmart app) at the this app kiosks, and finally the in-app map is no longer showing this app locations.

Love Freeosk , and the kiosks, but the kiosks are useless without Freeosk .

So excited to try this out! Unfortunately there aren’t many machines around me and I have to travel a bit of distance to my nearest one and all the surrounding ones are at sam’s clubs and I don’t go there regularly, at all even. The nearest machine in a Walmart is crazy far. I’ll have to give it a try one day but it seems promising, I’m excited. Hoping that they’ll extend to more stores soon.

DL’d Freeosk on an old device, forgot about it, set up new device, saw app, couldn’t remember log in info… tried setting up a new account but linking Just For U isn’t possible as it’s linked to my original account…. and it’s been a nightmare since, even after resetting password to my original account (which, by the way, once you log in once you can’t A. Log out B. Log in with a different account). Just deleted Freeosk as it’s useless.

Tried to use Freeosk today. Had to sign in. Forgot password. Tried to reset. Couldn’t find email account. Tried to register said already had account. Tried several times to reset password. Couldn’t do it. Tapped on contact us. Couldn’t do it because didn’t recognize e mail. I guess I just need to delete Freeosk as it seems to be useless

Freeosk is the worst. I’m having the same problem so many others are having- it doesn’t recognize my email, says my device is registered to a different email address, can’t reset password or change account info. It’s worthless. It was much better when I could use my Walmart app to sample products. Now it’s just a stupid box taking up space at Walmart.

I been using this for a while until recently it has given me problems with a message saying woops or something else, un/in stalled it again and still problems with scanning my phone

I downloaded Freeosk a little over a months ago and have been using it just about weekly at Walmart.

I have enjoyed some great freebies each week and highly recommend this amazing APP!

Never stocked & from other reviews it seems that this is a constant issue. One product will be advertised on the machine and then once you scan it’ll send you some crappy print out postcards as your “free gift” after you stand there for 2 minutes watching an ad. I was able to get a free product ONCE, & that was using the Walmart app barcode scanner, not Freeosk

I applied for Freeosk the first time I saw it at Walmart but when I try to use it, it wants me to sign up. It’s easier to just use the free info on the machine. Typing in all that information on my phone is ridiculous especially while shopping in the crowds.

It’s super easy to use. My local this app’s scanner is broken, but typing in your membership ID is very easy. It’s an easy app to navigate, and the samples you get are amazing!

My account signed itself out almost a month ago and I have made numerous attempts to sign in but it says my account isn’t registered but if I try to make a new account it says I am already registered. Either way I can’t use Freeosk until this is resolved and so far I have been ignored by customer service.

I cannot sign in, or reset my password because if I try to sign in, you don’t ‘recognize’ my email account, and if I try to register, you say there is already an account with this email. I can’t win and I’m tired of going in circles. I’m not sure how I got signed out of Freeosk but now I can’t sign in. So currently totally useless.

It’s actually really convenient! You just scan and that’s it! There is one at my nearby Walmart! They also give out treats, air fresheners etc!

The whole this app concept is really great. Free samples from a machine, easy to get, love it! The problem is the machines are not well maintained. They’re constantly empty and it’s really hard to get the samples when it comes right down to it.

Didn’t scan, but Freeosk and kiosk does give an option to type in numbers instead! So all worked out for me and I got a free sample of Gain Fireworks from Walmart!!!!

This company steals and sells your information for a measly "sampler" if they even have any in stock. If it were truly free, they would be giving it out instead of locking it in a machine which requires you to sign up and give all your personal info to. Don't give them your identity, address, phone number and other crutial descriptions just for a Tide Pod. Not worth it. Nothing is.

Love gettin the FREE samples. Would be nice to know what stores are out of samples so went to 3. 😡

Most frustrating app if ever tried to use. It makes you sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU OPEN Freeosk ! If you sign in on Freeosk be ready for the most aggravating moment of your LIFE trying to find the correct thing to log into your account with. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD

Says I have an account registered to this device, and after trying every email account I’ve ever had to it, I have no idea what email account this garbage app thinks is connected to my phone. Wish I could give it 0 stars

Freeosk is functional enough, sometimes it takes a bit to scan the barcode but it works in the end. My major complaint is that Freeosk does not tell you if the sample is out of stock or if the machine is out of order. There have been so many times where I see a sample I want on Freeosk , just to get to the machine and it’s all out. That is really annoying it should say on Freeosk that it is out of stock.

How do I add this to my wallet? It isn't quite clear like other apps.

I forgot my phone at home so I signed in to my wife and since I did that now we can’t create her an account Freeosk is kinda bs because if you use one email then you can’t create a new one for your significant other all because I forgot my phone

The this app app has great recipes and shows me what samples are being given away at my Sam's Club each week!

Just noticed the freeoskin my local Walmart. They don’t skimp either!!! Love the idea of this.

I wasted half an hour standing in front of this embarrassingly loud machine for it to tell me I’m going to get a sample for it to dispense nothing and say it did. Totally malfunction. Waste of time. Feel like I’ve had my time and gas stolen from me with false promises

I have been impressed by this... When I got a Pantene Sample I expected it to be like a Gould rip open container...but but it was like a trial size shampoo but bigger!! Great stuff.

Got two bags of Belvita bites at my local Walmart! First time I’ve ever seen a this app and I am more than pleased! Love it

I downloaded Freeosk a few months ago and was really excited that I got a free sample at meijer. Since then I haven't seen a single offer besides a recipe.

This looked so promising but I tried it two weeks in a row and got exactly nothing. Just wasted time. I deleted it and won’t bother trying again.
