The Freeosk Center at the Walmart#2439 Located at 8700 Highway 146 Baytown Texas, 77523 is out of samples on a weekly basis. 90%of the time I try to use it. It will tell me it is out of samples. I have complained to employees and management but they say that they don't have anything to do with it. It is an outside vendor.

Been using Freeosk for just over a year now. In that time I’ve never had any issues and liked getting the occasional “Promo” e-mail (some samples led to full purchases and brand loyalty).
Lately though, the app has been problematic, first I cannot edit my account (phone number, name, DOB, ect.), second I’m unable to use the app (including the Walmart app) at the Freeosk kiosks, and finally the in-app map is no longer showing Freeosk locations.
Love the app, and the kiosks, but the kiosks are useless without the app.
Terrible functionality

DL’d this app on an old device, forgot about it, set up new device, saw app, couldn’t remember log in info… tried setting up a new account but linking Just For U isn’t possible as it’s linked to my original account…. and it’s been a nightmare since, even after resetting password to my original account (which, by the way, once you log in once you can’t A. Log out B. Log in with a different account). Just deleted the app as it’s useless.
Do they actually want people to use this?

This app is the worst. I’m having the same problem so many others are having- it doesn’t recognize my email, says my device is registered to a different email address, can’t reset password or change account info. It’s worthless. It was much better when I could use my Walmart app to sample products. Now it’s just a stupid box taking up space at Walmart.
