app has an internal server error for past 3 weeks, online has invalid screens is what it states. So far none of my many calls to customer service have fixed anything just taken up a ton of time
I keep getting Internal Server Error on the app.
Messages doesn’t open at all. I click the tab on the bottom an app does nothing

Cannot schedule mental health visit on either the app or desktop. It says internal server error. Have deleted and reinstalled app. Checked wi-fi, etc. Called to try and schedule and due to privacy customer service cannot schedule for me. This has been an issue for multiple weeks. I have been trying to schedule my appointment and have still not succeeded.

No matter what password I select It states can't have special characters When I didn't select any special characters
After I open Teledoc app on phone, it goes to a white screen and goes back to the original screen.
Push on app to open it … wait a moment and it flashes a white screen and disappears.

The Teledoc app will not work for me or my wife. It keeps saying invalid username and password. Called in twice but they were never able to correct it. Same thing happens on the desktop computer as well.
