Took the time to download app because the restaurant near my house is about :20 away and every time I go there not only is something missing more often then not but the drive thru personal always have attitude. Can’t asks questions because of the attitude and tone in their voice . So I download ChurchsTexasChicken and it’s plain garbage . Nothing works on it . Can’t order, can’t choose restaurant. Just garbage . I have Popeyes 2 minutes from home , Raising Cane’s 5 minutes from home and I more often then not, choose to drive :20 out for Church’s and I’ve yet to be completely satisfied. Oh , I tried Door dash and even then the order was wrong . Did not get my family size Okra. Which wasn’t the first time . Just about to give up on Church’s . My family has but I always end up over riding them but yeah I’m not sure if I can continue to get a pass .
If the attitude was better I sure as heck could put up with other things 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️
Oh not to mention the time she asked me to park on side and she’d bring my food out in :15 if I didn’t mind waiting . Well, I waited for :40 minutes once and :32 minutes another time . Lol even then I had to go and ask them where my food was . Best of all, after waiting , they were missing my okra. I called and management ask me to go back 😂🤣😂😂. It’s a :20 drive there :40 minute wait and :20 drive back and she wanted me to go back 😂😅😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

I ordered ChurchsTexasChicken I downloaded I submitted all of my personal information besides tomorrow date of birth because it was optional I gave my city my location everything. Then return I get spammed I get email spam and when I went to get coupons their link to the website then when I went to order they said there’s no stores in my location there’s like 40 stores in my state there’s seven in my town there’s 13 miles for me. Every single coupon was linked to their website and said print it out on a printer with with ChurchsTexasChicken so I try to order 10 different ways even through – and it wouldn’t let me order this is the crappy list app I’ve ever seen it’s just a scam to steal your information don’t use it do not use it I mean they have a good chicken but fire whoever is making this for you I am in hire whoever makes Jack in the box and have them do your App I mean this is just freaking pointless I might as well just give my information on the web to a bunch of thieves

I’ve been trying to use ChurchsTexasChicken now since last night so I’m trying again this morning it isn’t working. I’m in red Oak Texas there’s a churches chicken about a block away. I’ve been trying since they opened and now I feel that it’s easier just to walk down there and place my order. So here’s the problem, every time I try to pull up my local store it takes me to Indianola Mississippi. I know churches chicken is good and with the advances we have in today’s vehicle technology and travel. I’m quite sure that we haven’t perfected time travel yet or the ability to travel at the speed of light or the speed of thought. Because that is the only way that you’re going to get my order here from Indianola Mississippi without using one of the aforementioned processes of travel. And I’m sure they do not exist yet but we have access to them. So Mr. developer or miss developer and I don’t care if your non-binary your male or female fix it you’re out might be worth a crap someday

At bottom of this is original review. Having heard they had redone their app I figured to give it another chance.

This time it does let me log in but then it parks me on a page to pick my location but without anyway to actually pick one. The tutorial shows there should be a button but none appears in ChurchsTexasChicken . So I can not even see a menu. I am guessing that out here in the sticks my local Churchs is not participating in the online ordering. Then don’t list it as an option or flag is as not participating.

ChurchsTexasChicken sucked really badly when it worked but if I really wanted to use it I could eventually get it to work. It was frustrating. Now though, after some update, it won’t let me log in at all. It says something along the lines that if this is the first time using the “new” version to use the password “chicken” and they will send me a new password but when I try that nothing happens in ChurchsTexasChicken and I never have received a message from them. Ok, I will just make a new account. I fill in the info for that and again ChurchsTexasChicken does not send out anything. It remains on the same page. So I can never get to the coupons. Uninstalling.

Login doesn’t work no matter what I try, just pulls up grey box with no text and all I can click is okay and than has a loading circle forever. I can’t make a new account because it recognizes my phone number. In addition when I skip login and go to order all locations I select say they are not accepting orders at this time even mid day ( Tucson AZ ). I can order on the website (which has its own problems, like trying to order a chicken sandwich combo forces an extra chicken sandwich). But it seems like no matter what ChurchsTexasChicken is completely screwed for me which is unfortunate and should probably be looked into i tried downloading again after 2-3 months and same exact problems ended up ordering from kfc. :/

I was really excited when I saw that you could have access to special pricing and coupon codes in ChurchsTexasChicken , however once downloaded it was clear ChurchsTexasChicken has issues. I have never, not even once been able to use ChurchsTexasChicken. Highly disappointed. It doesn’t even show me the menu. I’ll click the desired store and it shows a blank screen with the address at the bottom. Then force closes if I try to press the “Bag” button. It literally never allows me to make an order. Which annoys me, because I would rather order ahead via ChurchsTexasChicken than DoorDash. Because DoorDash charges more for the menu items.

Got ChurchsTexasChicken so I could order ahead, but it just doesn't appear to work? I know it says at participating locations or whatever but ChurchsTexasChicken doesn't let me select or order at any of the Church's within the radius it shows me on ChurchsTexasChicken , I'm pretty sure it just doesn't work. Why even have an app that does nothing? Great to see I wasted my time downloading and making an account, giving out my information, just for nothing and will still have to deal with the rude customer service at my local Church's and wait on them to take my order then make it etc. This is dumb why even have an app that does nothing. Please fix this.

ChurchsTexasChicken is awful. I live within 5 miles of four locations and it is better just to go to the location and order traditionally. ChurchsTexasChicken always says that it cannot locate restaurants near me... Really? Because I can.

I only downloaded ChurchsTexasChicken for the promotions and coupons which do not load without me selecting a restaurant location! So there is no point at all for me to have ChurchsTexasChicken.

Ther are too many bugs and glitches to list! Save yourself the time it takes to grow disappointed and delete it. Don’t bother!

After creating my account and setting my default store, I try to order. It asks which store I want and lists 6 stores (including my default). Will not let me select any store. So I cannot order. Seems a bit of a waste???? Might be because the stores don’t open for another 15 minutes, so will try again then. But if that’s the case, ChurchsTexasChicken should note that the store is not open and cannot accept orders yet. Not just hang and ignore your taps to select the store. Right now just appears ChurchsTexasChicken doesn’t work at all.

What is the purpose of having ChurchsTexasChicken if you cannot place orders? You can’t see specials or coupons either. You would think with the pandemic happening this would be a priority to fix so you could still make money. I was a Church’s chicken fan when I lived in Chicago. Now in Arizona this chain is a joke. I can go to Popeyes, Wingstop or (God forbid) KFC and have my order ready so not sure why Church’s is behind the times but hey if you don’t want our money and don’t want to stay in business then that’s on you guys. You waste time trying to order through there app it takes you to another website over and over and over again. Churches app is trash don’t write reviews but really what is the point of ChurchsTexasChicken. The purpose of a app is to make things easier not complicated like really churches step your game up go order something on your app which is impossible and go order something on Wendy Popeyes and see the difference. Really what was the point of your app it’s 2020 and it’s trash.

I’ve been using the old app and it was great until they changed to this new version. There is no longer an options to submit 5 receipts for rewards. My family always supported Church’s because of their great reward system. The new app is no longer of use for me because I can go to the website for the coupons and the Church’s location near my place doesn’t take online order from ChurchsTexasChicken . Sadly, I had to delete ChurchsTexasChicken . It’s not a wise move, Church’s.

If I want the chicken sandwich meal deal, I cannot upsize the drink online. I cannot ask for extra mayo, etc.... very restrictive. These should be easy changes and available options for delivery services or even pick up. As of right now, I have to order each item separately. Other restaurants allow me to make changes or ask for special upsizes or substitutions. This one doesn’t or if it does, I can’t figure it out..... SMH

ChurchsTexasChicken used to be very good, but since I downloaded it again, nothing in it seems to work. I can’t order through ChurchsTexasChicken (you can’t even select a store), & there aren’t any coupons. Everything seems to redirect you to their mobile site which defeats the purpose of an app. Rewards for ordering store is blank as well whereas before, it had 5 stars you could fill up & scan and submit your receipt for credit.

Before the new upgrade they had coupons in ChurchsTexasChicken . Good coupons. With the upgrade, no more coupons. Instead they have a rewards program. Doesn’t help because I can’t order anything through ChurchsTexasChicken . Even after delete/reload. I select location which is supposed to show a bag icon to click, but there isn’t one. Looked at multiple locations; not one has a bag icon indicating I can make an in-app order. DELETING!

If you could not regularly show the menu or make most of your stores available for online order, do NOT post an update without notice. Now, all stores around my place are unavailable for online order. At least with the old version app, I can receive discount, view the menu and have rewards. Now they are all gone and I cannot even look at the menu, because there is no such an option.

Whoever designed and running ChurchsTexasChicken needs to find a new job or learn how to make a working app! It keeps showing 10 for $10, but you can’t order it! I’m not even sure I can order anything because it goes in circles with find your location?! I’m so done with Church’s because of this crap because I’m not going to go to the store to wait 20+ minutes to get 20p! I’m deleting it now and hope one day they will get this cr app fixed!

I tried to use ChurchsTexasChicken yesterday to order food before going through the drive through and it wouldn’t work. ChurchsTexasChicken bounced from ChurchsTexasChicken to website. I found my store location but when you clicked on the buttons nothing happened. Another thing did you take away the feature to add you receipts to get points/free food rewards? I sill ended up ordering and the food was delish! But as far as ChurchsTexasChicken back to the drawing board!

I download ChurchsTexasChicken so I don’t have to be waiting in line for so long thinking it’s gonna help out big time but instead I’m having the same issues as the person who said it was horrible on the reviews!! It does the same thing to me I can’t click on the store that’s here in my city more the ones In my surrounding city.. it’s a trash app not worth the time might as well go to the restaurant and take a chance of getting COVID!!!

We love your food, though it would be to everyone’s advantage to update your app to where orders can be placed, paid for from ChurchsTexasChicken ! Not just have coupons! I just received an e-mail advertising delivery! The 2 star rating is for the inconvenience of ChurchsTexasChicken ; whereas I’d actually give a 5 star rating for your food!

Ok so despite the reviews I recently downloaded ChurchsTexasChicken because I was looking for deals that I could save money on. However, once downloaded I clicked on it and tried to register as a new customer and it refused to allow me to do so. I tried the section where it ask u to login with the temporary password ‘chicken’ and they will send information through email on how to change it. That didn’t work because it kept saying incorrect password. So after that I tried registering with my email and after I filled out everything and tried to click the sign up button, it didn’t go through. After attempting to click the button numerous times with every thing being checked off correctly! I gave up trying and thought I leave a review before I delete ChurchsTexasChicken to let developers know that they need to get this fixed.

You would think a multi-million dollar company would take pride in their brand. ChurchsTexasChicken is undoubtedly flawed...nothing works. Church’s, don’t you know ChurchsTexasChicken is an extension of your brand and functionality would be a great asset to say the least? Do you not see ALL the negative reviews dating back for months and still no fix? Do you even care? Don’t answer, all rhetorical questions. Obviously everyone here means nothing to you but I’ll help you anyway as a virtual GM. Take a page from the “Chick-fil-A” enterprise. Their app is flawless. Oh, and guest what. Their app has seen a slow uptick from 11 million downloads to 13 million since last November!!! Guess why? Because they responded to their customer gripes! They care!!! Glad to see a company still appreciates, respects and value consumer interest even after reaching product excellence. SMH...shame on you Church’s.

After the last app update I was directed to enter the word “chicken” as the new password to gain access to the new app. Supposedly I’d receive a new password after which I could reset to a password of my choosing. Everything went fine until it was time to reset my password to one of my choosing. No Go! The screen to reset the password will not proceed past entering in the new password. FAILURE!!! The only reason I bothered to rate the one star is because I can still sign in using the odd password I received to re-access the account after the update. But I can’t remember this password and I have to keep going back to my email to retrieve it. Would really like to use a password of my choosing. I’ll try to wait a little while longer for a fix but it seems that I’ll be deleting ChurchsTexasChicken because it’s more trouble than it worth.

I had to enter my phone number even though I didn’t want text messages. I’m not even sure text messages are an option, so why on earth would I give out my number? (I gave a fake number. Pointless.) Today when I tried to log in, I was given a new password by email. I copied the weird, random pw, but ChurchsTexasChicken wouldn’t allow me to paste it. The menu doesn’t show prices or meal options. It’s just really huge pictures of fried food. I tried to update my profile, but the save button doesn’t work. I guess I’ll never use ChurchsTexasChicken again since I won’t remember the password, and I can’t save a new one. I’m not going to bend over backwards for a temp pw each time I log in. It’s no big deal, though, since I’d rather gouge my eyes out than use ChurchsTexasChicken.

I love their food. So sad that they have the WORST customer service you can possibly have. They never get their order right either. Ordered the original chicken sandwich and they forgot to put in lettuce. How can you mess up on something as simple as that?!

Also didn’t accept any coupons from their app, which, why have coupons if you don’t even accept them?!

A couple months ago, a came and waited at the drive through for about 3 minutes and there was not a single word from them, so I assumed that it wasn’t working so I pulled forward to the window. The lady there called very mad at me for that and told me to drive around and go stand back in line and order through the intercom. It was so embarrassing and I had to wait for the three cars who originally were behind me to get my order.

Also, the workers here are extremely racist. They’re so nice to people of color, but to other white peoples as well as myself, they’re always so rude and disrespectful and cheap is out of what we order.

I love this chicken. It’s always hot, and you get big delicious pieces. When I want chicken this is what I crave. Add the jalapeño peppers, and mmm it’s good. They always treat me just fine. They’re very busy but they get the orders out. I think they’re selling it as fast as they can cook it. All the ones I’ve been to have always been nice to me. That’s a downside of food service is you’re dealing with hungry customers. Hungry customers can be cranky.

I’ve tried numerous times to sign up using ChurchsTexasChicken but pressing “sign up” button does nothing! I first tried signing up last year when a store employee told me they didn’t accept online coupons. He suggested I sign up with ChurchsTexasChicken because those coupons they do accept, well couldn’t sign up then and this time around after some updates, still can’t sign up. Can’t even “log in” using an existing account. The buttons do absolutely nothing when pressed! Useless app if you ask me. So frustrating!

I tried the other churches chicken app and it was a total failure.

I thought oh cool there’s another app and I’m sure they got the problems figured out and ChurchsTexasChicken should work....WRONG, ChurchsTexasChicken is just as worthless as the other one, I sincerely hope you guys didn’t pay ChurchsTexasChicken developer very much money, I mean hell, I could’ve developed this non working junk for half of what you paid and you’d a had the same junk.

Why bother with having an app that is totally worthless? It seems rather retarded to me.

I’m really surprised about the reviews. I assume that the church’s I go to takes ChurchsTexasChicken because it’s Atlanta. No clue. Anyway, I’ve saved a lot of money using ChurchsTexasChicken. I also had a slight technical difficulty, but the tech support team was very helpful with quick replies.

Had a couple of issues w ChurchsTexasChicken but after troubleshooting it several times and resetting my password, I was able to get it to work.
The coupons are great, they really help you save.

Just downloaded the latest version. I have issues.

If you’re not going to accept special characters in passwords, tell me *before* I try to set one. There shouldn’t be any limitations at all, except perhaps a minimum character requirement.

When you don’t like the password I enter, tell me *why*. Be specific. ‘Course, this wouldn’t be an issue if you removed pw restrictions (see #1).

When I go to “Menu”, show me an actual menu with options and prices for my preferred store. Pretty pictures and marketing copy are just stoopid.

No mention of delivery options at all? No way to order for delivery? What the heck.

I’d give this version a 3/10 for usability. Good news is, there’s lots of room for improvement (and that really IS good news).

Don’t even bother with downloading ChurchsTexasChicken. First, there is no barcode to scan to receive rewards, you have to put a bunch of info in from your receipt and ChurchsTexasChicken never credits you with it so you never actually receive any reward unless you constantly email them, to which you receive no reply. It’s simpler to just use the coupons in the store. ChurchsTexasChicken is the worse I’ve ever used.

Gives you access to online coupons from your phone now which is awesome. A little tricky to get to them (I initially thought they were gone altogether) but I found them. Me loves my Churchs chicken!
