KW: Buy & Sell Real Estate Reviews

I had the best experience when I bought my last home and my realtor was Jesse Clarkson with Keller Williams and he was the best associate I’ve ever worked with hands down. He always had every answer to my questions and was extremely respectful and knowledgeable of his field and was always available whenever I had questions or wanted to see a property. I recommend him to everyone I meet looking for a home because he truly will get you the best deal with the best customer experience as well!

KW is nice! Some listings are here that aren’t on the other 3rd party apps. It’s frustrating that you can’t save a search for your price range and also subscribe for any updates. I have to start a search all over every single time. Tagging says newly listed but doesn’t let you know how long a property has been on the market as well as recent price changes to the property. For example what was it originally listed for, when did it change etc. When clicking into a property’s photos it freezes there for me sometimes and I have to force close KW then start my search alllllll over again. A bit time consuming when I already know what I want.

I’ve been using KW for about 3 months and it has shown me many homes in my area. My problem is that sometimes, no matter my connection, KW won’t show photos of the listings. No matter how long I wait or how many times I check my connection, I cannot see any photos. I end up going to other realtor sites to look up the address of homes that have interesting descriptions so that I can see photos of it.

Other times I’ll get locked into the listing page, unable to return to the map with other listings. Here I have to close out KW and restart it.

I’m getting really annoyed because what could take a few minutes each day to check current listings takes significantly longer as I navigate through the bugs on KW .

Since last update the metrics for buying a property, percent down, interest rate etc have stopped working. I updated my phone, restarted my my phone and have closed out and reopened KW and none of these options allow you to change them as you could have previously. This was an important feature for me. The description of the most recent update indicates it fixed bugs. I had not noticed any bugs until the most recent update and now I can no longer use KW like I used to and have reported to going other places foe my home buying info. I have the most recent version of the iPhone SE.

I love that KW has all the steps to help in the buying process. It breaks it down and walk you through it so there are no unknowns. It allows you to contact your realtor in real time directly which also is an added bonus. If you need a realtor it also allows you to see who is in the area. I love that you can save the items you have looked at recently and get notifications on certain listings so you can stay up-to-date on your interests!

I love the interface of KW . Very easy to use and the new features are incredibly resourceful. It’s so nice to be able to see which homes in a certain area are having open houses. The neighborhood insights are tremendous. I just wish I could sort by most recent listings. I would like to toggle between less than 6 months, 3 months, one month, one week and maybe even one day.

It’s also nice to see new listings with price reductions. Well done this app!

It seems to be running really well and EXTREMELY fast and accurate. Did you see that they have lower costs on mortgage and home insurance? Also, there is something about Home DNA. What is that? Loving the extremely local market search that the other apps don’t have. It would be nice if the Active, Pending, and Sold Jones were a different color, though.

Love the feature of searching for homes based on physical locations that you’re near by, as well as typing any city (regardless of State)! Only suggestion; to remove a home from the saved section, please add an option to select more than one home to unselect due to housing market being so quick. It would allow the user to unselect more than one (especially house hunting for months/years) and then quickly get to an updated saved profile.

From start to finish, Kim was amazing! On relatively short notice from our initial meeting, her recommendations, the listing, her staging touches, the professional photography, the professionally produced brochures, the Open House scheduled for the first weekend following the first weekend, the feedback and follow up of each viewing her guidance on multiple offers, liaisonIng with the buyers agent and settlement to her post settlement follow up, she was attentive, professional, trustworthy and a true pleasure to work with.

The this app agent I had was amazing and took great care of us but, for KW ...it definitely needs some refining. For instance, it’s super laggy and defaults to Canada now where it did not before. If I type in a city in the quick search bar, I should be able to transition into the advanced search menu rather than completely starting over my search. In advanced search when I’m refining my search, if you start changing search parameters it will clear the city you were setting up the search for. I think KW gives a ton of great listing but, it can be really frustrating to use when I know it could be so much better.

Marc Ecclesiaste is the best realtor ever. He is very professional. He made everything go smoothly and best of all he got our house under contract the the first day he put it on the market. We highly recommend him. I own multiple properties and have work with several agents in the past, but none of them came anywhere close to what Marc has done for us. He exceeded our expectations. If you are looking to buy or sell your house, look no further choose Marc as your agent.

anabel Dominguez has excelled all my expectations when dealing with a realtor. she delivered everything that I desired in a home. I recommend her to anyone that is unavailable to see a home they love quickly. she will see it first and give you all the details you need so you can make a decision if you want to see the home or not. loved working with her. I LOVE KW besides a couple of things. The first thing I would add to KW is being able to lower the “max” search. This would make it easier for people trying to find homes to flip that are in the lower ranges.
The other thing I would like to see fixed is looking at the images. It likes to open into a very annoying slide show that makes it hard to really look at the pictures.

I’ve been working with Heather and Matt Koroch to relocate my family to the KC. This has been a emotional experience and trying to find a house in another city isn’t easy when your not located there. I don’t know what I would do without having Heather and Matt on our side! They are truly working for you and with u. You can tell they are passionate about real estate and are dedicated to customer service. They are the only realtors I’d trust to help me find out new home!

We had a great experience with Realtor Daniel Ramos.
He helped us sell our home in just 2 wks and we are about to close in a wk!! 🙌🏼 He was able to arrange showings right away, helped us with our questions, and guided us along the way. Very prompt responses. He also is our realtor for our next purchase and went above and beyond researching any questions we had such as a recommended storage facility etc. I will highly recommend Mr. Daniel Ramos for your Real-estate needs. 😊👍🏽

Overall a nice app. As someone who lists homes on the MLS, was curious why when using the Nearby Homes feature none of my new construction listings were showing. I have tried the feature several times on different days and times and generally get the same results. And mind you, I am only about 2 miles from my listings when using the Nearby Homes feature. But my listings never show. Interestingly enough though, my to-be-built listings are showing in the results.

Very detailed app with great targets for answers to questions about the homes. Dominating marketing business development for the industry in this area clearly. Digital marketing with SEO search engine optimization for the new clients of this whole area great app for sure. Matt is very professional with integrity to inspire his own willingness to succeed and he clearly dominates his work with pride. He has come a long way very well done Matt Garrison. Impressive without a doubt!

KW brings stuff to the table that the others just don’t. I love that I can directly link to an agent I choose and he or she is notified immediately when I like a property. It makes working with my agent really easy, and I get into new properties really quickly. I like the guides that are available too.

Its a little slow sometimes, but I know that it’s new and will probably improve as time goes on.

Tammy Shekey has been awesome. No matter what questions we ask. If she doesn’t have a answer she gets back to us. We have been looking to move and hadn’t found anything. We have been talking to Tammy and she knew we couldn’t move until the following year but she showed us everything she could. We are having a house built and she has kept us apprised of the progress. Just a wonderful agent.

I sure my app with everyone, all over Facebook and everyplace I go. When I get a call from someone on a cell phone, I send them my app. I have had several clients text sent back Properties from App that I used to place contracts on the homes. The buyers made application through KW with KellerMortgage and started receiving responses from Kelle about the Appraisal and mortgage process all the way to closing$$.

If you are looking to buy, sell or rent I highly recommend Ashley Miller from the baldwin place, NY office. The service she provided was the best I have ever had. She has the patience of a saint, is highly knowledgeable about all different areas of New York and Connecticut. We have dealt with many agents through the years, but Ashley Miller came through. App was easy to use and intuitive. The filters were all there to find what you're looking for as well as the ability to sort your results. Once you've found the homes you're interested in it's just a click to text the agent. Ease of use on my phone is really important and KW gives me the whole package.

What’s the point of using a real estate app to find homes for sale when most of the homes appearing are either under contract or outright sold? There is no way to filter them out either; “Active” status does nothing to keep these homes from clogging the search results! I don’t want to sift through hundreds of past listings to find the ones currently available. I use other realty apps because of this. My poor agent was embarrassed when we tried to use it to find homes near us as we toured last week. I used Zillow and Caldwell Banker instead even though I’m working with a Keller Williams agent.

KW is easy to use, and has good information.
My main problem is it isn’t reliable when it comes to a property’s listing. Many houses we’ve been interested are shown as active but when we showed up to see the house we find that it’s under contract, or has been sold two months earlier!
It’s very disheartening when you’ve been looking for houses all day and more than half are actually unavailable!
I now have to triple check on multiple apps to be sure...
