How to fix Skillsta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skillsta app on iPhone
Update Skillsta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skillsta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skillsta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skillsta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skillsta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skillsta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skillsta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skillsta » click [Force Stop]

Update Skillsta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skillsta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skillsta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skillsta.

Fix Skillsta unable to contact server/ Skillsta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skillsta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skillsta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
