4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I subscibed for a communication plan (Skillsta) which was £9.99 for a start on 26th December 2025 which I paid with my debit card. Thereafter I start seeing deduction on my account . Apart from the £9.99 paid for the subcription, another £9.99 and 14.59 was taking from account without consenting to it on my card. I am not happy with this at all and I never even bother to know what the app that i subscribed for looks like. Please I need my £9.99 and £14.59 deducted from my account without my consent to be paid back to my account . I am not interested in the plan anymore , this is dubious. Can’t use with signing up for a trial.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that I cannot use this app with committing to the trial. While yes it’s free and you all will remind me, life gets in the way and I DO NOT want to take that chance. Some features should be available as a test run then you can start bombarding me with pop up for a discount. I don’t even truly know what your app does for me before making ANY kind of commitment, small or large. I don’t usually take time to write reviews but this got me so mad. I took that data collecting quiz, signed up to only be held hostage by a pop up offering 78% off. You all should take a page from Rosebud. Their subscription is $107 and because they showed value via the lower tiered option and I saw value it will be moving forward with their app. While I wasn’t able to try out EVERYTHING in the app due to some stuff being behind a paywall, what was free was tantalizing enough for me to open my coin purse. Do better!!!
Scam service, bad practice, stay away

This app is a total scam. They charged me close to $100 upfront without my permission or me ever agreeing to purchase the app. I didn’t even want this stupid app and cancelled it immediately. I’ve sent multiple messages to their support, but nothing has been resolved. DO NOT buy this app or even sign up for the “free trial” because they will charge you a yearly subscription upfront without any notification. Horrible business practice. Instead of blaming Apple’s payment policy, they should take responsibility and refund the money they steal from customers. Avoid this app at all costs!
Fake Scam App

This is a fake app that charged me 2x for the same subscription. How can a person have dual monthly renewing subscriptions going on at the same time? Outside of that, this app does not work at all. Whenever I open it, it is a permanently loading page with no content. Fake app. Fraud. Don’t download it. I can’t believe it’s allowed on the Apple Store.
