Hi I tried to log in to mobile frog app in Greece but everytime I put the code number it always says something went wrong ..I did it many times and the same problem ..can you please help me to resolve the problem.thanks

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Frog app issues:

Force Stop the Frog App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Frog app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Frog to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Frog App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Frog app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Frog.

Fix Frog unable to contact server/ Frog internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Frog » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Frog » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Frog on android.
