How to fix HiDrive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HiDrive app on iPhone
Update HiDrive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HiDrive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HiDrive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HiDrive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix HiDrive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HiDrive app issues:

Force Stop the HiDrive App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HiDrive app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HiDrive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HiDrive App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HiDrive app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HiDrive.

Fix HiDrive unable to contact server/ HiDrive internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HiDrive » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HiDrive » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HiDrive on android.
