I have installed IDrive on a Dell Optiplex 5490 AIO and a Dell Optiplex 7490 AIO within the last 2 weeks at different locations. On both machines, Idrive works for a few minutes and then the NIC goes offline, no network connection at all so can't browse the web. The system has to be rebooted to get the NIC working again. Both systems running Windows 10, 21H1. One had AV on it and the other none. One just had files stored on it and no other programs so it was acting as a file server. I've replace both machines with Dell Optiplex 7090 machines and both work fine with IDrive. How do I find out what is causing the NIC's to freeze and the Idrive to stop working? Seems to only happen lately with Dell All In One machines.
I cannot access my iDrive account at all. Is there an obvious reason? It's often slow but I have a poor signal but here in Indonesia I can connect to everything except iDrive.
I installed the iDrive app on my ASUSTOR AS5304T NAS on 05/07/2022. The ADM version is 4.1.0.RJ52. It appeared to work correctly at first but I noticed it failed to do a full backup of the folders I selected. Today, 06/07/2022 I tried to launch the app on my NAS. It failed to connect to the internet, despite other apps being able to do so. I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall it but it fails to install.
