I do not put credit cards on apps. In my case it doesn’t do any good to manually scan receipt because no points are added. I went to restaurant Sept 11 and took several pictures of my receipt. Nothing. No indication it was received or points pending. I tried again next day to submit receipt but couldn’t change the date to reflect the correct day. It’s annoying and frustrating and I’m thinking of just deleting SonnysBBQ .

App does not take off offers from 3rd party deliveries and your not aware until order completion.
I have downloaded deleted and re-downloaded SonnysBBQ at least four times and it’s just stuck on the main page. It does not go anywhere so it is not working. Can anyone help?
App is slow and many hang ups, times out often
Selecting the pork 3 ways, it required a pork spare rib selection but there is no field to select ribs before proceeding. NO FIELD TO SELECT SPARE RIBS!!
Tried the same on the pork sampler. It said to select brisket option. No field to select brisket. Deleted SonnysBBQ moments after installing.
It is very concerning that we are asked to store our credit card in SonnysBBQ and it is not password-protected

Love the new app but the big deals, weekly deals and Apple Pay need to be added!!

Just signed up for SonnysBBQ , super easy to use and disappointed I didn’t sign up quicker. I’ve been doing it online and not sure if it was tracked, lots of wasted deals I missed out on.

We’ve been eating Sonny’s every dine they opened in our area—also tried other BBQ in our travels around the country and by FAR Sonny’s is the BEST. BEST BBQ, best baked beans, best cole slaw and best garlic bread!!
