Updated app, now I can’t log in, keep getting an error saying that it can’t authenticate my information…
Your app is unworkable! Didn’t anyone from your company Try to book a ticket to see if JSX works? It is ridiculous and really reflects poorly on your company and particularly on your IT department. I wound up having to call and speak with someone directly. To tell you the truth, that wasn’t a great experience either as the operator was talking through a headset, and I could barely understand her. Whoever heads up the department that’s responsible needs a needs to increase their level of professionalism.

I can't register! It keeps giving me “authentication failure”
I can’t sign in using my username and password, both of which work on my laptop but won’t work on this iPhone app
When I book a flight on United, then open the this app app to add the this app confirmation number, it doesn’t save it under “My Trips” like it should. Please fix.
I tried using my existing login which didn’t work so I created a new account which didn’t work either.
JSX seems fine, and I do love the airline. However, I have an upcoming trip and it doesn’t show in My Trips. I can search for it via confirmation code and it pops up, but once I leave the screen it once again says I have no trips.
this app is the greatest airline of all time and the new app is perfect. Been a customer for 7 years and they keep getting better
