True to this app fashion, their app is smooth and user friendly! My password on the webpage wasn’t very secure (my fault!) so JSX wouldn’t let me use an unsafe password. I couldn't figure this out myself so I called their customer support and Laufey was extremely helpful in explaining how to fix this. Once I made a better & more complex password, I was able to log on just fine.

I’m impressed with JSX , I can add my profile allowing me to store my payments and manage my bookings. The booking process is swift, easy and digital boarding pass gives me a “contactless check-in and boarding”. I also get push notifications for up-to-date info on my this app flight status, 24 hr mobile check in prompt and any other pertinent information about my flight like departure delays and schedule change.

First time getting a flight with this company and can’t even check into my flight. Once I locate my flight, and try to check in it always says error. Okay whatever I’ll just try again but no now it doesn’t even load my flight anymore and then it just stays on the loading circle. Once it’s on the loading circle it freezes my whole app and doesn’t even let me click anywhere. Don’t book with this flight through Expedia too, save yourself the headache

JSX is great. Use the referral code “7FLNOS” for $20 off your first flight. It is easy to use and fast to book a flight. It won’t allow you to book out w flight past September for some reason.

I downloaded JSX , and tried to create a profile. Each time filled in my info and tried to create it, I got a server error. I deleted JSX , and reinstalled it only to receive the same error. Please check your app and fix it. Right now I am not able to use it.

Great airline but app needs improvement.
1. Login from app is not connected to Apple password, meaning you need to type everything in.
2. No partner info is saved. I have to type all the info for my wife every time. Really?
3. Landscape mode on iPad is not good.
4. Can’t modify or cancel a reservation in JSX . Website only. Why?
Please improve it soon.

I just flew this app and loved the experience so decided to get JSX . It was difficult to get it to accept my new account set up, and JSX is constantly frozen. Their app is nowhere near as good as their company.

It’s missing an important feature: add to calendar when you book a flight! Should include airport location, times, etc.
Otherwise it’s basically fine and complete.
