Finally! A stable app on the go
I live WarmshowersApp and am so happy to see it is now available for my iPhone. I’ve been a long time user of the Warmshowers website and using the site on the phone can be difficult at times. With WarmshowersApp , I just open it, it finds my current location and I can see all of the hosts around me! I even get pop up notifications if someone sends me a message. Very cool!

So blessed y’all have made an app
Like all things in life I’m sure it will take a few tries to work out all the bugs through updates but I love the layout and functionality of WarmshowersApp. I can’t wait to use it once I get back on the road after this whole covid thing is over.
I know this has been a long time coming and y’all nailed it! Great work!

Says I’m offline every time I try to view host profiles
Just downloaded WarmshowersApp , logged into my account, then navigated to a city. I see the icons for hosts, but when I click one then click “full profile” it tells me I’m offline.
I am connected to WiFi, and I have strong cell reception. Tried messing with settings in WarmshowersApp and nothing seemed to fix it.

I’ve never even seen such a shameless app and management.
I spent $30 at the beginning, now without any notice, they forced me to spend extra monthly fee, and they require donations all the time. Shameless on you, just like a money hole!

Signed up and paid the $30 fee. The decision to charge for WarmshowersApp is fine by me, but why not comp people who paid already a year? Simple enough to do surely?

Unfortunately I did not have good luck with WarmshowersApp. It runs supper slow and locks up every time I try to use it. I’ve tried to contact the help desk to no avail.
