How to fix SameBoy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SameBoy app on iPhone
Update SameBoy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SameBoy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SameBoy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SameBoy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SameBoy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SameBoy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SameBoy App
1. On android, goto Settings » SameBoy » click [Force Stop]

Update SameBoy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SameBoy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SameBoy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SameBoy.

Fix SameBoy unable to contact server/ SameBoy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SameBoy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SameBoy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SameBoy
