How to fix SameBoy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SameBoy app on iPhone
Update SameBoy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SameBoy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SameBoy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SameBoy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SameBoy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SameBoy app issues:

Force Stop the SameBoy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SameBoy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SameBoy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SameBoy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SameBoy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SameBoy.

Fix SameBoy unable to contact server/ SameBoy internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SameBoy » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SameBoy » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SameBoy on android.
