Seriously the absolute worst banking app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Couldn’t even log in because “no internet try again” when I had 4 bars on LTE??? Zero options to reset password. Just don’t even bother getting Stride unless they do some MAJOR upgrades omg.

Maybe not have your bank take 10 years just to log in? Maybe have the option to actually reset your password? Maybe be more user friendly? Like seriously you guys need to not have the most ancient app on the AppStore

I didn’t think Stride could get any worse until this new update. Can’t even check my balance because it freezes up. I think it’s time to move my money to a different bank.

Every single time I try to login it freezes. Sometimes it doesn’t even let me login it freezes on that initial login screen. I don’t know why they had to make a change to Stride if Stride is worthless.

Not impressed at all with this non working feature. Tried 2 times to submit the pictures of the front and back of my ENDORSED check only to later get rejection notices that no endorsement was received.

You made Stride usless to use with ANY other app. I cannot split screen. I cannot snap a pictire. It wont download my account to another app. So, what was the update for? I see the other bad reviews. Is anyone listening?

The only thing I can do is see my balance. Everything else is so full of bugs it’s non-functional.

Never loads. Just says application error. Been going on for weeks.

I can't do anything in Stride. Everything requires me to sign in to use, even after i've already signed in.

Ugh! I think I’m switching banks as Stride really is horrible and only good for notifications.
I’ve been with this bank forever, but they can’t seem to keep up with technology needs. ☹️

It used to be great, but after this last update it's not noticing my User ID so I'm not able to check my account...

App is easy to use and secure. Check balances anytime.
