How to fix Musent app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Musent app on iPhone
Update Musent app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Musent iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Musent on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Musent network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Musent Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Musent not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Musent App
1. On android, goto Settings » Musent » click [Force Stop]

Update Musent to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Musent App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Musent » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Musent.

Fix Musent unable to contact server/ Musent internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Musent » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Musent » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
