I’m fine with them charging to use FaxFlow , but waited to the very end to say it was $30 for one month! Wish I knew that 4 minutes before preparing my fax.

I’m sick and tired of these app trying to trick you into thinking their service is free and then want have me give them a rating before they slam a ridiculous pay wall in my face. Well here is your rating your app is a scam and your prices are a scam and whoever is reading this, you are a scam by association.

It’s not true.

This is the first time I’ve needed to fax something in the last 10 years. Why would I need a subscription, especially at the ridiculous prices offered in FaxFlow?!

Unfortunately you have to pay a minimum of 10 dollars for a week of faxes.

Forced to sign up and pay $8.99 - fax fails every time.

Update: The recipient’s machine and phone line worked fine and was able to receive my document via a service that actually works.

this app is a predatory app that does not offer straightforward, clear means to cancel a subscription within FaxFlow and does not honor canceling a subscription in your Apple account.

I needed to fax something rather quickly and didn’t bother looking up iPhone fax apps. Quick google search said FaxFlow came recommended. I knew it wasn’t free, but I didn’t realize the charge until I was on the phone with the IRS about to fax a document and then got hit with the $8.99/week service subscription. I was a bit shocked, but was already on the phone with the agent and didn’t want to tell them to hold on until I can download a fax app. Just paid it :-(. Most expensive fax I’ve ever done and hopefully will do. This fax outfit definitely made out like bandits, but I should have spent time finding the subscription fee and that’s on me. Other than that service was good and I was able to fax it with no issues although the agent said the document was poor quality. Probably something on my end though

FaxFlow kept telling me that a notification was sent Google, and to open up FaxFlow and input the 2-figur code, but it never arrived. I eventually had to use my Apple ID email for this to work.

Stated I’d get one free fax, but when I attempted to send it I was asked to pick a subscription. I just paid the $8.99 for a week and sent everything without issues! Definitely a great app and super user friendly, will use again!

Friendly WARNING: be sure to go to your device (not in FaxFlow ) Setting —> Subscriptions to cancel the subscription otherwise it will continue to charge you each week.

What a great app. If you have to fax something, this is the way to go.

Had to send a fax (! What is this 1979?) and this made it say to send a PDF from my iPhone.

I downloaded fax flow and it only took 1 minute to attach files and send
