Install the App and add the Zoll-Ident App option in the “Login Options” page of your account in the Customs Portal.
The new Zoll-Ident App combines both aspects and accelerates your access to the Customs Portal and all included services.
To be able to use Zoll-Ident for an unrestricted login, you need to first identify yourself with an ELSTER account, BundID or your Online ID.
You can now generate a QR code on the homepage of our website to log into the Customs Portal.
At this stage, scan the code displayed in the portal and follow the steps shown in the App.
