I hate this so much. I use this in school almost everyday and it works just fine but as soon as I go on my phone it doesn’t work worth a crap. I am sooooo mad it’s not working. The part that makes me the most mad is that I use this allllll the time. Like boiiiiiiii. Fix your app. It’s not that complicated! Sorry if the creators or other people take this offensive but idc right now. I wish for the love of me that I could rate this no stars. If I could I promise I would. PROMISE!!! Please just get rid of RapidIdentity or fix it. I would just recommenced to get rid of it totally because of how BAD it is. If u want to try to fix it the u have a lotttttt of work to do. Get on it. If you fix RapidIdentity then I will be more than happy to come and download it again. But I doubt y’all will do that because y’all are too lazy and I hat lazy ness so I hate people who mad it then I guess. Thanks you for listing to my rant and I am sorry for rating this much. But gosh fix your APP!!!

Honestly the worse Authenticator app I have ever witnessed. I have a busy schedule and take online classes, I just found out that I can’t log in because RapidIdentity won’t work and I won’t be able to turn in my work. IT is closed so all I can do is cross my fingers and hope my teacher will let me turn it in late.

Have no idea why my corporation decided to go with this joke of an authentication app. Constantly gets out of sync which inevitably leads to a lockout and a call to the help desk. Good chance that call will have to be escalated to their rapid identity team as RapidIdentity generates meaningless errors that help desk cannot resolve.

RapidIdentity almost never allowed me to log on to my schools information. After a while I had enough so I tried to remove it. Instead what it did is remove my information only from RapidIdentity but everything else remained. I can’t log on to my school stuff because it requires j use RapidIdentity but that information is gone. I can’t do anything now. I was fine putting in my password to log on but I can’t even do that. Seeing all these negative reviews shows that I’m not the only one that absolutely dreads this awful app.

I have to use this for my college classes this semester. It’s extremely difficult to set up, and I can’t go on to my phone to check something quickly when I’m on the go.
I’m very unhappy that my school decided we NEEDED to use RapidIdentity!

OK guys so lately we've been having like power outages and stuff and it's kind a hard for us to get on network so I download RapidIdentity so I can get into my school but it did not work it's so difficult to get in I suggest you do not get RapidIdentity it's a huge waste of time.

My school made this mandatory for no reason, forcing me to constantly use random one time passwords for absolutely no reason, on top of asking for all of my account information, this is an unnecessary level of security that only idiots would require, and an inconvenience at best.

My daughter needed to use RapidIdentity for school and she just needed to log in but instead it wanted her to make a new account this is not what I expected from RapidIdentity since we always use the website and it works and I’m very disappointed and the issues need to be addressed

I downloaded RapidIdentity so I could log into my school for social distancing learning. I spent maybe an hour trying to figure out how to log into it with my school account. Distance learning is already so stressful, I do not recommend RapidIdentity. Screw 2020

RapidIdentity is completely useless. It’s nothing like the website and there’s no way for me to login for school. The website on computer/laptop works just fine but using RapidIdentity itself on phone is a waste of time. I would suggest Apple take RapidIdentity down to avoid wasting students time on an app that has no use.

I unfortunately have to use this because my school went to MFA for logins. 90% of the time RapidIdentity doesn’t work and I often times max out my login attempts. It’s also very annoying that RapidIdentity stays open instead of closing so you can go back to the screen you were on. RapidIdentity has caused a lot of late/missed assignments (it should not take several minutes for me to login) and is just a miserable headache that I’m being forced to deal with.

It is SO bad, I want to give it a zero. But that’s not possible, so I give it a one.

I hate that my school went to this. What was wrong with our passwords? I have to add my account manually every single time, and half the time the thumb-print login doesn’t work. The password system was fine before; it was working perfectly. This is just another useless step

Read title. Happened to forget my pin one time and I was stuck out of literally everything with no way to contact support for several days. I was forced to get RapidIdentity for college classes and I couldn't check grades, do homework, or change my schedule. The college later put out alternative apps but this one requires you to authenticate even after deleting RapidIdentity . Do everything you possibly can to not get RapidIdentity.

You’re better off logging in to your account the old fashion way because once you log in using RapidIdentity there is no going back. There’s many inconveniences with using RapidIdentity. Lately it’s started to lag to get me to log into my school account. It doesn’t always work to log in using the phone. It takes a couple of attempts to get it to work. Not convenient when things are due and it doesn’t want to let you log in.

Would give zero stars if i could, I downloaded this for school and now I have no access to my accounts and can not complete my assignments. This pandemic put everyone online and that’s a struggle within itself but for RapidIdentity to not allow me to complete work and then not respond to any of the customer support emails I have sent. This is be far a waste of time and would not recommend any student to download this.

Ok first off I went in and I press continue then it said to start a new ACCOUNT THEN I PUT IN MY INFO AND THEN IT SAID
I DID EXIST SOO WHAT!!!! It’s really sad on what this is doing. At school it’s just fine soo I think that this is not the same people please DONT WAIST YOUR TIME ON RapidIdentity AT THIS POINT! Sorry if this is hurting people feelings but when I leave school for online school I want to see my grades on my iPad soo please duck this I won’t be returning till this is a 4-5 star ratings. Sorry but people need to get our voices!

I understand why my college uses RapidIdentity for login authentication. I used to be able to login to my school account in seconds, now I need to have my phone on with RapidIdentity open to login. It has made it a 1-2 minute long process.

School required the download of RapidIdentity for 2FA on all students’ accounts. At first, seemed fine, even compatible with Apple Watch (which did amaze me). When a Login Request came through, the notification would pop up on my Apple Watch & allow approval/denial straight through the Watch notification. Unfortunately, this feature stopped working after a day or two & I was forced to check the actual app on my phone afterwards for each login. Sometimes that wouldn’t work either. Bring back the Apple Watch login approval and fix the consistency issues, please.

The UI has poor polish. It does not support landscape orientation for iPad. Does not support iPhone X screen.

🤮 Consistently crashes - not viable for enterprise authentication. No iPhone X support. In my limited use, push notifications didn’t work. I’d rather use a password! 😵

Perhaps I’m using it wrong, but I cannot access NCEdCloud on RapidIdentity for the life of me- each time I try to use the url I am met with a notice stating it’s invalid. Tragedy. Just use your web browser instead.

Where’s the plus button? I already have an account and I won’t let me sign in to my account and when I go to the question mark it tells me to click the plus button but I don’t have a plus button on my phone.
