I’m in Florida which requires electronic prescriptions. I was told by the pharmacist that the order came via a phone call from someone speaking poor English and they could not accept the prescription as state law requires electronic prescriptions. If this app is just outsourcing the phone call for the prescription then you might as well call yourself.
Edit: 8 months later it still does not ePrescribe. I have tried it in 3 different states. Pharmacy again called and said poorly understood voicemail was left which did not include complete information for one med and left off the second med. I have had 0/5 prescriptions go through. I have had to call the pharmacy for every single one. DO NOT DOWNLOAD you will be wasting your time

When I first started using this app I thought it was pretty good. After using it for a few weeks, I can now say that it’s not that great. It takes FOREVER for prescriptions to be pushed to the pharmacy, even tho when you submit it says it will be delivered within an hour. I recently sent in a prescription for a patient and it was sent to a pharmacy in an entirely different state. I would rather pay a couple hundred bucks a year on an app that actually works and does what it says. I know this app is free, but as a busy provider I don’t have time to chase down prescriptions or constantly email their IT people. Do yourself a favor and get a better app.

I downloaded and tried to use this app a few times only to find that each time that I did, I had to give a clarifying call to the pharmacy. It turns out this app doesn’t actually digitally connect to the pharmacies and enter the prescription like if it was connected through an EMR. All it does is create a Robo call to the pharmacy and leaves a message on their call-in prescription line. But apparently it’s either very hard to understand or the Robo call speaks too fast because every time I’ve tried to use this service I’ve had to give a clarifying call to the pharmacy because they couldn’t understand what the message was. So really the functionality here is not good and very unreliable. I will be deleting.
